So far this has been a great microwave. We previously purchased a smaller unit and the magnetron went out after about 11 months. LG customer service was great to work with and quickly sent us a check to reimburse us for the non-working unit.

My old microwave needed to be replaced this was the next choice to get for something new.

Very happy with this microwave. My older one had broken and needed a good yet affordable microwave.

I set out to find a microwave that cooked or warmed things up per the time commendations on packages. And not only does this do that to the tee but it does it very quietly. Can barely even hear it running. Satisfied with my purchase

Love this smart microwave. I have cooked several bags of popcorn and none of them have been burnt. It senses when to turn off. No more over heated leftovers!!!

better than the older model, hopefully. Older model door switch broke 1 week after warranty. This is 13 months now. all seems fine. Looks elegant for its price. Popcorn option sometimes stops before all the kernel pops.

Great microwave with a lot of functions compared to my last microwave which was over 10 years old. The only downside is the open latch which seems a little iffy so I purchased a 4 year warranty.

I like the set up or placement of the digital face. It also has several nice features that many others don’t have.

This is a simple yet awesome microwave. It has a popcorn button that works perfectly, and a sensor setting to get your food the right temperature. It works great and plays a friendly tune when your food is done.

Hard to write a review on something so recent, espresso if something goes wrong a few months later. However, the fit and finish of the unit is better than any I have had in the past. Plenty of power and useful this far.

This is our second LG microwave and it is by far the best one yet. The led lighting is brilliant and the power unmatched. The temperature monitoring via humidity ensures the food is heated evenly.

Only thing missing that we had on our other microwave is the quick defrost button. Is very easy to use and maintain. We had other microwave since 2001 so I hope this last ad long. Do like the new LED light inside.

Powerful. Needed a new one and glad I went with this microwave. Good build quality.
