It's very powerful, so, coming from a small microwave I was pretty shocked how fast it could heat things up- definitely took a little adjusting to.

This product both looks great and cooks very evenly. Compared to previous microwaves this LG is hands down our best and favorite one ever.

The first blew out after 3 years and was replaced by a second . We had a 4 yr warranty but had to send it out to determine it was useless. We were w/o for a week. The second now a month old has a tendency to fill with humidity and needs to be left open to dry to stop mold :/

The only thing I do not like about it is that it is deeper then our old one so it hangs off our narrow counter about a 1/2 inch.

It appears to have up to date inverter technology, LED light, etc. Otherwise, it's a microwave oven! It very much meets my needs.
