Great purchase! We use it daily and have many different features!!

Stopped heating food after 15 months. Since it is 3 months outside of the initial warranty, LG said I will need to pay a technician to come diagnose the issue and then if it is the magnetron, while they will cover the parts, I need to pay them to fix it. I also have to find a LG authorized company to do the work (they provided 3 suggestions). I assume all this will cost as much as a new microwave so it seems the extended warranty is pretty useless. First microwave I have had this type of sudden failure of and certainly the first that died this quickly (also by far the most expensive microwave I have ever purchased). Not happy at all with this purchase.

Specs state a six wheel hexagonal turntable stabilizer, but it’s just three wheels. That was a major selling point. Im very disappointed

Purchased this microwave and the 30” trim kit. Install was fairly easy as most of the screws to mount were in the same location as the old GE unit it replaced. Looks good and operates as expected.

Re-heating and cooking with this microwave at lower power levels is so much better than my old microwave due to LG's Smart Inverter. No more 100% pulsing on and off to get 50% cooking. I have noticed less hot spots and a more event temperature throughout my food.

Our recent purchase of an LG 2.0 cubit feet microwave oven was a fantastic choice. It comes with an inverter. Food cooks evenly, without any cold spots, previously experienced with my older microwave oven. Great style and feather touch buttons.

Our last microwave just suddenly died catastrophically; it wasn't just the fuse. We bought this LG to replace it and couldn't be happier. Controls are simple and intuitive and the interior lighting is abundant. Great microwave!

So far, so good. The biggest drawback is having to keep the manual on top of the microwave to remember which codes are used for specific items, i.e. potatoes.

There are other microwaves with more intuitive information entry procedures than this one. It cooks well. And its repeating reminder to remove food when cooked was appreciated. (The microwave is not responsible fr human tasks.)

Great microwave. Warms really efficient. Could use some non-slip rubber feet to keep from sliding on counter but that not enough to give a bad review. You can get that from your local hardware store.

I love LG products. This microwave is really nice and I love all the extra options to defrost or reheat food.

I really like the LG microwave but it’s way too big for my countertop! I just missed the 15 day mark for returns or exchanges, but would’ve have kept the same style and brand just a smaller version!!
