Microwave is excellent. It’s the 1st LG microwave I’ve bought . I love it.

Had to swap to the newer unit due to the last one doing strange things at times.. new one is great or maybe better in most cases.. however we lost a few buttons that we used .. overall great purchase

Looks great and very easy to use. I look the touch screen feature and the little song when throngs are done. If your looking for something modern this is the way to go!

This microwave is amazing! The popcorn button works better than any microwave I have ever owned. It cooks perfectly every single time, not one unpopped or burnt kernel.

Got this to replace a microwave that died on us recently. Its got a bigger capacity and more wattage than our last one and you can really tell the difference! Had to adjust our cooking times to make sure we weren't burning our food lol

I just bought a new house, and the cabinets had a niche for the microwave. This fits the space perfectly, I will read the directions, but it is easy enough to understand the basic functions without doing so.

Like the darker inside. Very deep & wide but a little narrow from top to bottom. Easy to retro to an existing space.

Don't have anything negative to say really; it just works. Just make sure you take in consideration the dimensions of this unit if you're buying online because you will need a good size countertop to fit this Goliath.

Still getting to learn how to use it, but when I heat up leftovers they are perfect. Not too hot and not too cold. The sensor 3 heating does the trick.

Great microwave. It took a bit getting used to it with all the new and updated features; we had our other microwave for quite a long time. This new LG microwave is so easy to use and does a great job of cooking evenly and thoroughly.

So far so good. Does what a microwave is supposed to except the singing part when the foods done.

Got the open box one. It has been great. It is counter depth.
