Very quiet compared to my old GE Profile. Did need a little longer heating time but its 1200 watts compared with 1400 with my Profile. Unfortunately, you can't find a microwave these days with 1400 or 1500 watts power.

The associate, Hope, was very helpful and gracious. Ben, one of the managers, was very kind and helpful also. The satisfaction of the customer was his first priority. We were very pleased.

Desired a large volume microwave to replace unit with failing touchpad. This one is nice as no 'moving' buttons nor membrane switches. Easy to clean glass touch panel. High power.

Second LG brand microwave. The first one lasted about a year. This one works great!

Like the darker inside. Very deep & wide but a little narrow from top to bottom. Easy to retro to an existing space.

Very easy to set up. This is a higher wattage than our last nuke, so it was a difficult learning curve. Overall, a good unit that's easy to use.

A little hard to follow the directions, but I am leaning. My last one was simple to use. This lone has more options to use.

Great product for the price LR. You guys always have good products and be there for over 20 years thanks for everything LR.

The microwave works good, but the bottom for the 0 it gets stock sometimes.

We bought this to replace our old microwave. Works well but when you want to set the clock it won’t stay set. Our old microwave was much easier to program. Stainless steel looks nice but not smudge or finger proof.

Really like this - replaced LG that was 10 years old. Wish it had soften and melt buttons, but they don't seem to be available any longer. It is very quiet which I really like.

great microwave. its vey large and has minimal buttons. bright led light for the inside.

Our 15 year old microwave finally quit. This one works well and is more powerful. Tried the auto cook features but seems to over cook. It's quite, except opening/closing the door.

I love this microwave! I have 9 kids and use it a ton! I can’t come up with a single complaint about it. Well maybe that the music when it’s done cooking can be annoying lol.

The “food is ready” tune is annoying as hell. The clock time must be set before you can input a cook time. The on/off buttons on the keypad don’t work as well as we’d like. Door opener function design stinks. We had a similar LG model that ran like a dream for about 10 years then it went to heaven for dead electronics (recycling site.) We bought this KG model and really hoped this one would be like or at least compare favorably to our poor old dead one. Nope. Really disappointed and have to say it but I genuinely hate using the thing.

Big enough for anything you need to microwave. Love the little tune it plays when done instead of an annoying buzzer. Have used the sensor cook a few times, and was impressed with the results.

Still getting used to it, doesn't seem to have the options our last LG Microwave had and I purchased this one because it seemed like a new version of our last one.

Really enjoying this microwave. I do not find irritating the sound it makes when cooking is complete, as some have commented. A simple little tune and not very loud.

Love the way it heats up right away. It fit perfect where i had my other one. I recommand this product.

Great microwave! It’s a special sensor steam feature stops when food is done! No guess work!!
