Desired a large volume microwave to replace unit with failing touchpad. This one is nice as no 'moving' buttons nor membrane switches. Easy to clean glass touch panel. High power.

I love this microwave! I have 9 kids and use it a ton! I can’t come up with a single complaint about it. Well maybe that the music when it’s done cooking can be annoying lol.

Really like this - replaced LG that was 10 years old. Wish it had soften and melt buttons, but they don't seem to be available any longer. It is very quiet which I really like.

Bought for restaurant. Works great. The touch is not very delicate . I still can use it when my hands are wet (usually does not happen with many touch models)

The associate, Hope, was very helpful and gracious. Ben, one of the managers, was very kind and helpful also. The satisfaction of the customer was his first priority. We were very pleased.

Our 15 year old microwave finally quit. This one works well and is more powerful. Tried the auto cook features but seems to over cook. It's quite, except opening/closing the door.

Great microwave. It’s big but fits my microwave cart perfectly. 1200 watts and It makes cute musical noises when done. The color is perfect and the inside spacious.

YES - GO BUY THIS! The complaints i saw were about the "music" sound when your food is ready..it is really not that bad... good reminder if you ask me. Really nice.

We love this! It looks cool in the kitchen and works very well. If there was anything I didn’t love it is the fast cook button option. It’s not as easy as just holding 1 to get 1 Minute timed cooking. Overall great!

I wanted my old microwave but they stopped making it, so this is the new version of it. It’s simpler & seems to work just as good with more features

The door open/close mechanism is poorly designed. We had to replace the first one of this model within 3 years as it completely broke off. We don't have kids and we are in our 60s, so we are gently with our appliances. Had to order a second one of these because it's the only one that will fit the space. Design needs to be changed. Looked at having it repaired, but the LG repair place was going to cost almost half of the cost of the microwave just for a home visit. Ridiculous

awsome microwave love the how fast efficient it is and the done sounds are very cute.

Nice micro, heats nice and evenly compared to the one we replaced.

Great microwave, we replaced with our last LG we bought 4 1/2 yrs ago. Luckily this was the same dimensions to fit in our wall cut out. Only thing is this one does not have as many cooking options as last one, miss that.

A bit of work to figure out how to silence the music and hard to open, but good once u learn the touch needed to push the buttons. They are a bit tricky too.

Great microwave more so with the insurance if you get

love the new microwave. had a GE that lasted 15 years, but the things this does is amazing. with the sensor settings food is cooked or reheated almost perfectly.
