Easy to use, full featured with pleasant musical chime when done vs loud beeping my old one had! Great wattage and cooks food evenly. Sleek design although easily shows fingerprints. Still, glad I purchased and do recommend.

The “food is ready” tune is annoying as hell. The clock time must be set before you can input a cook time. The on/off buttons on the keypad don’t work as well as we’d like. Door opener function design stinks. We had a similar LG model that ran like a dream for about 10 years then it went to heaven for dead electronics (recycling site.) We bought this KG model and really hoped this one would be like or at least compare favorably to our poor old dead one. Nope. Really disappointed and have to say it but I genuinely hate using the thing.

Works great, just make sure you have room. It is pretty bulky.

Solid little microwave. Cooks well. Only issue is that sometimes you have to hit the start button a few times for it to accept the press.

It's a good microwave for the money. We use it for reheating food and making hot beverages (coffee and Coco)

My old Samsung finally died on me and I wanted to buy the replacement model, compared this LG to it and decided to give it a go, made the right decision. Absolutely love this unit.

Very quiet compared to my old GE Profile. Did need a little longer heating time but its 1200 watts compared with 1400 with my Profile. Unfortunately, you can't find a microwave these days with 1400 or 1500 watts power.

Needed to replace a previous Best Buy purchase and this product best fit our needs. It has updated our previous microwave and has performs very nicely. It is used daily, several times, and has been a welcome addition to the kitchen.

Big enough for anything you need to microwave. Love the little tune it plays when done instead of an annoying buzzer. Have used the sensor cook a few times, and was impressed with the results.

Very large interior. Stainless exterior is much easier to clean than my old stainless microwave. Very happy with the quality, and it fit in the trim kit for the old microwave!

Bought to replace a built in microwave that died, due to pandemic I still have not tried to have it installed in place of the other one. Works nice, great features does exactly what I wanted.

We bought this to replace our old microwave. Works well but when you want to set the clock it won’t stay set. Our old microwave was much easier to program. Stainless steel looks nice but not smudge or finger proof.

I just love the modern look, It's very sophisticated.
