Loving it so far. Cooks thoroughly and evenly. Most microwaves turn things hard on the edges but this thing performs so much better. Fully cooked and not over/undercooked in spots. Highly recommend.

Not only does this bad boy heat your food to perfection, it also sings little songs to let you know how the timer is doing. A wonderful robot nuke box.

Great microwave. Replaced the one above the stove with this countertop model when we remodeled the kitchen. Looks great!

I'm very disappointed in the quality of LG microwaves. They must put all their time, effort, and engineering, into their televisions. From 2005 to 2017, I had the same Panasonic microwave. I didn't have issues with it, I just needed a larger one. I paid it forward by donating that unit. In 2017, I bought my first LG microwave, and of course it lasted one year past the Geek Squad warranty that I bought with it. In November 2023, I bought this unit (so not even a year of ownership). Three to four months ago, I began having issues with it, where it would just completely power down to a black screen. At first I thought it was my house, and that's where the cost of owning this unit got out of hand. In the wall, was a smaller metal box that, by today's standards, was smaller than a one gang box. It also had just a standard outlet. The wiring was older style, black and white wiring in a corrugated, flexible metal jacket. I had an electrician put in a new/old work, plastic one gang box with ground, a new GFCI outlet, obviously with ground, new 14/2 Romex, and new 20A Square D breaker in my electrical box. That was not cheap, but it completely removed anything from the equation, that wasn't the microwave. None of that made any difference, as it is still powering down. BOTH LG microwaves did this same thing, the one purchased in 2017 and this one in 2023. Stay FAR, FAR away from these!

Replaced the previous LG microwave i had. Display is easy to use and the cookibg options are easy to navigate.

This microwave works well, and has a number of features that our old one did not have. Sensor cooking works well. Nice LED light that will hopefully not need replacement.

Works a lot bette than my last microwave, no complaints

Wanted to wait at least a year before rating. It ended up being one of the best microwaves I have owned. Everything the description lists is on point.

This is such a nice microwave. I love the finishing ring that it has at the end of the timing. It is of high quality.

RFI Interference while running which messes up my Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi TV. Be aware. Otherwise, a solidly built unit that replaced my 30 yr old Sharp countertop microwave.

My new microwave works awesome. It was a little bigger than I had thought so it took up a little more counter space . It cooks faster and better so it is worth the space I gave up . For the price it is a great value .

Door button didn’t last! After reading up on this issue I see that it is an on going problem with the particular model of microwave……

The LG NeoChef has a nice stylish design, is very large on the inside, and is very efficient in heating up your food. It is easy to clean as well. Great purchase on my end.

This thing is fresh as heck. Looks amazing with this unique color. And does an even better job heating up my Hot Pockets. No cold inside what so ever!

I like this microwave. It works very well. I just don't like tune it plays when it's finished heating. It makes me think I'm at a casino. I HATE casinos. I haven't looked into it but there may be a way to change its tune.

It was an easy install and we only need a basic microwave. Wish the +30 second button started the microwave like our last one...didn't think to ask that. Still does a great job.
