Was tired buying 60 $ microwaves every 12 months. Spent 200 and I'm very pleased. It's even touch screen l had not noticed that. Its very powerful and I'm sure it will last more than a year.

This thing works wonders. Kills our old microwave. Perfectly cools popcorn, probably our favorite feature. It senses how long to cook it, without burning! Amazing.

This is awesome microwave. It cook great. It has sensor cooking. Instead of buzzing, it plays cute tunes and will also remind you if you don't get your food right away.

Excellent... The only downside is that it does not have a couple of quick program buttons (i.e. one minute). Other than that, perfection!

Wanted the smaller size but this is all they had. Like the larger size because I can make several meals at once. Still learning how to use it but it's working fine.

Looks elegant and low noise during operation. Only drawback is it does not seem to be all to warm up as much as my old LG

Hate, hate, hate this microwave. It takes up slightly more space than our previous model, even though it has the same 2.0 capacity. Despite CR stating that it heats evenly better than most models, ours does not. In fact we've never owned a microwave that was worse. It also takes longer to heat food than our previous 1200 Watt model. Directions on microwavable products must be increased in time for adequate results. The Open button is even strange because you must push only the left side to open the door, which is intuitively backwards from what you want to do which is press the entire button or the right side. Setting times and starting the unit are also difficult because the touch controls seem finicky and don't always accept your initial touch. And, you have to touch them with the meat of your finger like a fingerprint scanner. When I've got dirty hands from food or whatever, I sometimes use a knuckle to press to buttons on a microwave. Not on this unit. The only positive I see on this unit is that the turntable seats firmly in a groove, so it's not easy to bump the plate and get everything off-center. We have several LG appliances in our kitchen which are excellent. This is not one of them.

This microwave is big and powerful. It heats up food super fast. After a year and a half of owning this LG microwave, I can no longer stand the interruptions this thing causes to my wifi and Bluetooth connections. I always lost internet connectivity every time my wife would heat something up. When I'm streaming video on my TV, if the microwave gets used, it would kill my connection. When I'm listening to music on my Bose Bluetooth speaker, the use of the microwave would distort the connection. It's a great working microwave, but if you rely on internet use, no matter where in the house, this powerful microwave will disrupt your connection EVERY TIME you use it. I bought myself a cheaper and smaller GE microwave and now my wifi connection is stable again. I put up with this LG microwave for 18-months and I'm happier now that I've down graded.

It works very well, and it looks great in the kitchen.

This microwave is amazing! I have nothing negative to day about it. The only little extra thing they could have put was little rubbers on the bottom but it's perfect in every other way!!

This LG microwave makes microwaving food to a whole new level work great

We were used to an older microwave which worked sometimes (and sometimes it didn't). The new one has worked great and my wife does not miss "Is this going to work or not?"
