I've only had this a month, but it's been a great buy. With teenagers and leftovers in our house it gets a lot of use. Good outside design and good space inside. Worth the money.

Looks elegant and low noise during operation. Only drawback is it does not seem to be all to warm up as much as my old LG

Our previous LG of this model quit . So we are giving it another chance since the reviews seemed ok. We have had this one only about 2 months ,and it is working fine.

This microwave cooks fast! Nice look, good feel of quality in the buttons and door. We are using in an in-cabinet install in our kitchen island. Works great.

I love this microwave! It is HUGE. My mom & dad have an earlier LG model this size. They've had it with for years with little problems. I am very happy with this purchase.

Can only review its appearance. Looked forward to hooking it up and testing it, but it was 1" too big for the space it had to fit in (didn't take into account the cord and the little bulge at the rear).

Wondefil microwave. Stinks LG doesnt make mivole anymore but they nailed it with this microwave.

Hate, hate, hate this microwave. It takes up slightly more space than our previous model, even though it has the same 2.0 capacity. Despite CR stating that it heats evenly better than most models, ours does not. In fact we've never owned a microwave that was worse. It also takes longer to heat food than our previous 1200 Watt model. Directions on microwavable products must be increased in time for adequate results. The Open button is even strange because you must push only the left side to open the door, which is intuitively backwards from what you want to do which is press the entire button or the right side. Setting times and starting the unit are also difficult because the touch controls seem finicky and don't always accept your initial touch. And, you have to touch them with the meat of your finger like a fingerprint scanner. When I've got dirty hands from food or whatever, I sometimes use a knuckle to press to buttons on a microwave. Not on this unit. The only positive I see on this unit is that the turntable seats firmly in a groove, so it's not easy to bump the plate and get everything off-center. We have several LG appliances in our kitchen which are excellent. This is not one of them.

We have been using this microwave oven for a few months now. Haven't run into any issues. Does what it is supposed to do. Nothing outstanding to mention yet.

Love having my microwave back. Love using it. More powers than my old one.

The product came with a crack at the Corner. I believe this was broken due to the handling and delivery. Might be a drop. The microwave is working fine.
