This is the best most powerful microwave I have had in a long time. It's a large capacity too so I don't have to worry about size of things.

It’s nice and big I like the easy clean feature but it makes loud noises when it’s running, probably going to send it back

Great stainless steel microwave with lots of power and space. It is quite big so make sure your kitchen counter has enough space. Definitely appreciate the soft touch buttons.

The best thing about this microwave is the feature that assesses its own diagnosis. No need to take it anywhere to find out what’s wrong with it.

Good for the price. Has the requirements for someone who uses often. My second one. First one lasted 2 yrs before invertor died or was killed by a brown out. Still the touch panel is mandatory if you do a lot of cooking with it, The 1200 Watts is also a necessity. Good for the price

The microwave works great and looks great. Our old one was on its last leg so we upgraded to the LG. The only issue is the beep at the end is more like a tune, takes a little to get used too.

I bought this microwave in September, 2020 and the inverter abruptly failed last week after only 15 months. "10-year inverter warranty" is proudly stamped on the front of the unit, so I called LG support. I was given the number for authorized repair centers and told that the repair cost will likely be comparable to that of a new unit, so why bother? Do not be fooled - the warranty is as useless as the microwave! After I pushed, LG offered me a 15% rebate on a new microwave. As if I would ever buy another LG product after this disaster. Buyer beware with this piece of crap.
