Beautiful microwave and works extremely well but... It makes a rattling noise in the back when it's running. Seems to be inside the cabinet towards the back. Can I exchange it?

Liked the microware but with the trim kit it didn't look right with the 27" wall oven below. Needed to find something smaller.

Was a little skeptical about the easy clean, but this product is great..

It cooks faster than our old GE ever did . We haven’t cooked anything fancy, just thaw and cook,so far my 95 year old dad is getting used to it.

The microwave heats up the food well, and it had to take time getting used to not opening the microwave with a handle.

We bought this microwave in June of 2020. By March of 2021 it didn't work any longer. When we bought it we got a sale price which saved us $60. We worked with LG technical department trying to troubleshoot the error messages that kept appearing before it finally didn't work anymore, We had a custom trim made because it was mounted in the wall above our oven. That trim kit was $180. When the person we were working with told us they still made it and it was still sold at Best Buy, we were thankful so that we didn't have to waste more money to get another trim kit. The price was now the normal price instead of the sale price we had gotten. They assured us that if we sent the original sales receipt showing what we paid and the date we purchased it and the new receipt showing the higher price, that they would reimburse us for the higher amount we now had to pay. Six weeks later we did get a check however, it was for the lesser amount we had paid last year. We called quite a few times listing names and dates and times we had spoken to previous agents. All to no avail. Bottom line? We were out $60 plus tax for an inferior product that didn't even last 9 months. Had we been able to get another brand without having to buy yet another trim kit, we would have bought a different brand in a heartbeat. I will never buy another LG product again and anyone I talk to will never either. Don't even get me started on the LG TV we mistakenly bought....

I love my new Microwave oven. The sale associate was very helpful in narrowing down my search to this one. It's just what I wanted.

The Inverter works great. Food comes out great with automatic settings.

This LG microwave is the best of four previous microwaves I have owned. It cooks perfectly and I cannot find a fault with it

Large capacity - a whole cake pan fits. A good variety of settings.

LG - NeoChef 2.0 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave was a replacement for out old 2.0 Cu Ft. microwave very happy with it.

Makes funny sounds after 1 year. Breaks after 2 years. Warranty is pretty useless.

Looks great, works great; has straightforward controls. Big improvement over our 10 year old microwave that we were replacing.

Excellent microwave. worth the money. Was hesitant before ,but was surprised by its functionality. i would recommend this.
