    So far, just after a month the microwave works well, even the popcorn setting...use it mostly to warm up coffee, steam veggies and pop popcorn.

    My first oven had a scratch inside and the latch seemed defective. Best Buy took care of me. When the second oven arrived, the latch still didn't seem to work well but better than the first. I honestly think this latch is a very poor design. I like my oven but I do NOT like how the latch opens the door. I'm a little disappointed.

    multiple features on this unit makes me wish I would of bought it sooner. BE careful, if you had a older units, the cooktime is now half.
