The microwave operates well, but came delivered in with a dent on the microwave door. This is the sole reason for 2 stars instead of 5. It was really disappointing to receive the item with very noticeable a dent. We think about it every time we are in the kitchen, but it was outside the return window for an exchange when we actually opened the packaging to install the microwave. We purchased all new matching LG appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and cooktop) and this was the only one that had any cosmetic damage, but it is still a shame to have the microwave on display with the cosmetic damage. It is a pain to roll out and roll back again. It gets stuck going in and out every single time. My last dishwasher was smooth transition the whole way through pulling out the rack and pushing back in. It requires a lot of force and maneuvering, so much so that it rattles the dishes when you pull-out/push-in the bottom rack. Other than the issue with rack it works great, but the issue with the rack is a major flaw.

2nd NeoChef to stop working - 11 months this time

First one died after 2 years, this one died after 11 months. F-3 error code. Still under warranty but they wanted us to ship it back for repair! Too heavy for me to do that. They said they will refund money. We'll see. Almost gave it 2 stars because when it is working it is great and it fits our trim kit perfectly. Now to try to find something that might last more than a year or 2.
