    I had to have my old microwave replaced and this was the newest one so I got it in my exchange. It isn't any better than my old one I actually prefer to have my old one fixed and have kept it but wouldn't happen. It is ok but seems like you have to hit the start and stop buttons a few times because it doesn't catch the touch.
