Unexpected home repairs put us in hotel in September. When we returned home in January 2020 it worked. But now it won't heat at all. There are two disabled seniors in this house. We depend on our microwave to make our meals daily and it is very disappointing that this unit, after all we paid for it doesn't work. We live on fixed incomes. This was a big purchase made in good faith. I am at wits end. It upsets me just to think about it. This my first time writing a review because I don't want anyone else to have to go through this. We liked the unit we just needed one that works.
