    Like many other reviewers, our door button broke within two years. It’s crazy to me that a button that gets so much every day use would be held in place by tiny, brittle plastic tabs, and that replacing it costs half the price of the entire microwave. In my opinion, it seems purposely designed to last for the 1 year warranty period & not far beyond that. Live & learn I guess; I will avoid buying a microwave from any brand with this style door opener in the future.
