I was excited to start using the NeoChef microwave, took it home, unboxed it. It looked great! Then I set the microwave down on the counter and it rocked back and forth. I found that the feet were uneven and unable to be adjusted. I tested the heating quality and my food reheated very well. I wanted to love this microwave and paid more than other microwaves in it's same class due to it's design...sadly not worth the price. Hopefully this isn't the case with all their NeoChef microwaves but I returned mine and went with a different product.
