    Purchased late 2020, barely use and started popping and caught fire. Nothing in it, clean as a whistle, no reason to catch fire

    We are pleased with the microwave, but disappointed there is no lighted buttons for turning the unit on . Good lighting is needed to see the control dials . It’s hit or miss .

    Great appliance. Large cooking area, alot of bells and whistles. Only problem is it stopped heating one day after just about a yr of use

    Microwave is high quality construction, has a nice touchpad, and heats food very well. However, it causes interference with bluetooth speakers, so I worry it's leaking more microwave radiation than most. According to LG support, "it's designed that way", and I should use a wired connection to my speakers or not have them in the kitchen.

    We preferred the quick touch instead of pressing whole minute which this model didn’t come with. Will have to get used to with it.

    Great microwave poor reliability. Right after warranty expired the microwave started showing error code f03 which makes microwave unusable for hours. Then it starts working for a while and repeats. Repair cost quote is almost as much as we paid for the item.

    I had this microwave for over a year now. works good but does leave some stains that dont come off easily as stated.

    We returned this item, because it wouldn't fit in out built-in cabinet. But it has the most happy beeping noise when the timer went off.. Almost annoying.

    Our microwave stopped heating up within less than a year of purchasing it. LG made us jump through hoops and shell out more money before there was any promise of refund. They made us do all the foot work to get anything done. They refused to refund our cash and made us buy a new microwave for any form of reimbursement.

    Pile of trash. Door button broke within 4 months. Completely stopped heating at 13 months. One month post warranty. Buy the extended warranty if you must get this.

    The stainless steel was not black, therefore it is not as described. Since I paid a professional to install it and I needed a new microwave, I kept it.

    This microwave interferes with my Bluetooth signal in my house. My Xfinity home touchscreen becomes disabled when I'm using it, if I'm streaming music it stops and goes until it finishes. Other than that it cooks really well.

    Just bought another of these microwaves. It failed after 3 years. When it works it is fine and it is the right size. Reliability is obviously bad.

    I wanted to buy a Samsung this time, I have purchased two LG microwaves before this one since I moved into this home, both failed just after to 1 year warranty period. LG said sorry. The local Best Buy did not have a single Samsung Microwave in stock. Find a Samsung.

    Can't set the clock. This is SOOO annoying. Also, the interface is all glass, so diabetic fingertips don't always register.
