Poor shielding - knocks out my Wifi

The problem is, every time we use it, it knocks out the Wifi. The microwave is in my basement. My wifi is on the main floor completely on the other side of the house, easily 40 feet away. If you are on a video call, it drops. There are times we just can't use it because we are trying to work. The shielding on this thing must be non-existent.

Microwave was purchased 7/16/19 and stopped heating almost 2 years from date of purchase. It's outside of manufacturer's standard warranty period, and I'm currently sitting on hold with an individual in the Philippines attempting to troubleshoot the issue. Call actually just finished, and it took 24 minutes to finally have me test by putting a bowl of water in the microwave and attempting to heat it for 60 seconds. So after wasting almost 30 minutes of my day I was instructed to call a service center who will charge me to actually troubleshoot the microwave. What a joke!

It was supposed to have undergone quality control and should not have dents on it. Otherwise, it should not be sold by Best Buy but some other second hand stores.

Giant piece of garbage

It is now November 2020, the microwave no longer heats anything and sounds almost like a cricket chirping when you try to use it. We rarely use our microwave, maybe 2 times a week at most, to heat up things like soup or water for tea. I find it unacceptable for a product this expensive to break after 6 months of such light use. Do yourself a favor and purchase a different unit.
