    I used this microwave 14 months before it died. It’s nice looking, worked well, but obviously not made to last. And...I live alone, it wasn’t getting used by a house full of people.

    Purchased this a couple of months ago. Was very satisfied with quick delivery. Set up easily and was working good for a while. Has developed a noise. Will likely have to return it.

    LG brand is Garbage, do not waste your time and search for this microwave brand, it only took 368 days for this microwave to break down. by the way Bestbuy it is not at fault for this bad product.

    Door opener button no longer works

    Purchased December 2022. Door opener button has stopped working. LG refuses to provide any kind of repair or replacement for this $250 microwave which is now useless. I could buy a $50 microwave that works better.

    I'll be returning the second one in less than a year. Wanted to like it but the quality is non existent. First one just died completely and the second one had a keypad failure. And I had to pay twice for the Geeksquad warranty - waste of money

    LG microwave problems less than 8 months of usage

    Its been 7 months & now the microwave doesn't want to heat anything anymore.. Will need to try to get warranty replacement or purchase another one...

    First microwave was a dud, this unit works so far

    It is hard to be positive when the first microwave quit after a week. In order to get a refund on the dud, I had to order another LG. This model had the features I wanted, so I am giving this model a second try. So far, so good after a few weeks. I like the touchpad, and unlike other reviewers, the musical chime with reminder rings is just fine for me. The food cooks fast at high speeds though I am still trying to figure out timings with lower power. Given my first experience, I purchased a two year extended warranty just in case.

    Only lasted until July 2022. F-3 code error. meaning there was a short in the panel. Poor construction by mfg.

    Buy the warranty. While it worked well for the first 19 months it suddenly showed an error one morning - F-3 - and that was the end of it. Happy I got the geek squad protection.

    Lasted Less Than Two Months Sparked And Died

    The microwave from LG was VERY disappointing. It literally lasted less than two months under very light household use. One evening my Son placed a pag of popcorn in it, pressed start and sparks fkew out of it and the clock, interior light, everything died as we smelled burning electronics smell. Thankfully I have Geek Squad protection on it because the experience was bad enough that I do not want another LG microwave in my home, and am going back to ol faithful, the Panasonic brand which has never let us down and like the GE before it, lasted for many years.

    Right out of the box the buttons were unresponsive. I read through manual and didnt see that I was doing anything wrong. I packed it back up and returned it for a different manufacturer.

    Bought 2 - One broke

    We purchased two of these - one of them works fine the other one broke within a couple of weeks and we had already disposed of the box so we are stuck with it.

    LG customer service is a bad joke

    It worked nicely, for only 18 months. For the 7 weeks since then I have been trying to get LG to honor its "10 year warranty" on the magnetron. First I got the run-around on the phone, wasting hours of my time. Then I tried emailing them, got an apology and provided them with all the local technician information they requested, and never heard from them again. Good luck if you buy this, or anything, from LG.

    i waited one year and 1 month to make this review because thats the time it lasted. 1 year 1 month and nothing heats up. 1 month after warranty ends. lg products over the years have been on a decline in quality. this products looks the part. until that warranty ends and in classic lg style it dies.

    the worst microwave in the world

    This microwave is the worst product in the world. Make a lot of noise when the food is ready, I could not see the food trough the window , but this is nothing after a few times of working never work again, I could not turn on never again , not working I can believe, I write to the company LG AND THEY TALKED ME BUY ANOTHER ONE SEND THE RECEIVE OF PURCHASE AND WE REFUND THE MONEY I CAN NOT BELIEVE. I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN A ITEM FROM LG

    After three months no heating

    It just happened again. After three months this mw did not heat my foid. It seems everything is going on, light on, rotating plate but no heating!
