    Mostly good. But the door opening button will stop working after 1 year which is a design flaw.

    Died after barely 2 years!!!

    Total BS!! Do not buy. I had mine for exactly 2 years before it died. Warranty did not cover, and it would have cost more than what it’s worth to have it fixed. Total waste of money. I called Lg and told them what the deal was. They didnt do anything to help this situation….

    Fair Microwave - POOR Design For Door Opening!

    This microwave works but the door opening button is a very poor design! It is VERY difficult to open the door. You have to push several times for the door to finally release.

    This is the second LG product I have purchased from Best Buy and don't like either... Just bought this Microwave in January and it is already dead...Now I am going through the process of talking to the "I barely speak English....India call center" to use my warranty and get my money back......such a pain... barely two months use....

    Interferes with WiFi and Bluetooth

    It causes WiFi interruptions. I also causes my bluetooth headset to be garbled even though my headset & receiver are less than 3 feet apart and both of those items are 25 feet away (on a different level) from the microwave.

    The door is jammed and will not open unless pushed several times. This just after 3 weeks use.

    Kind of mad at this purchas. Worked great 2 months in now it randomly blows the gfi fuse. Now i have to deal with warranty lg support cause im past the return period.

    Bought this 2 years ago and it is already not working. Not what I expected from an LG product. This is the most expensive microwave I have ever bought and it lasted the shortest length of time. Very disappointed.

    I HATE THIS MICROWAVE, LITERALLY THE WORST ONE I’VE EVER OWNED !!!, IT DOES A TERRIBLE JOB AT WARMING MY FOOD, ALWAYS COLD AFTER MINUTES IN THERE I’M RETURNING IT, IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL BUT THATS IT., I GAVE IT A CHANCE BUT IT WAS TERRIBLE FROM THE START I WANTED SO MUCH TO LOVE IT, IT REPLACED MY FRIDGIDARE MICROWAVE WHICH WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST I’VE EVER ENCOUNTERED !!!

    Don’t waste your money

    We purchased this microwave last July, during a kitchen remodel, we began using it the middle of September. We have had to continuously unplug it and plug it back in to reset it. Now it’s the end of April and it’s totally quit working. Shame on me for not addressing it when the problems first started. Please save your money and don’t buy this product.

    Magnetron Failure

    Magnetron went out within two years. The 10 year Magnetron warranty does not cover labor rendering effectively useless.

    I've had this for about a year. It broke. It doesn't heat anymore. This is my second LG product to break about a year after purchase. I will never buy LG again.

    We loved this microwave It worked great,looked great...until it didn't! Little over 7 months from purchase, used aprox 2-3 times a week... Went to use ...everything working except NO HEAT! Making a zapping sound while on. LG cust service is refunding

    So I bought this unit even though it had poor reviews cause I liked the look of it and it did exactly what the reviews said. “Stopped working about a month later” I’m currently trying to return this mircrowave and getting another brand
