    3 months use already not working. Had other brands last over 20 years. LG support has you trouble shoot it and then puts in a support ticket for replacement and then denies replacement leaving you days and days without a microwave.

    Wow! This is our 2nd LG microwave..and it's wonderful until it dries just days after the warrant runs out! I'll never buy another LG product! Their customer service was impossible to deal with...gave up after 3 hours and 9 calls!

    Was working fine until a few days ago. Worked for about two years. Nope it's not heating and making funny pulsating noises.

    This thing was way to expensive to replace after a year and a half. Absolutely awful.

    After 3 1/2 months of normal daily use, it failed on Halloween night 2020. Could hear sparking when we tried to run it. Very disappointing. Too late to return to Best Buy. I'll be looking into the LG warranty.

    The product stopped heating after being in service for only 18 months. The LG customer service department was of no help.

    Don’t buy, I had this microwave for less then a year and a half and it died. All of a sudden it trips the breaker of any outlet it’s plugged in on. Don’t wast your money!!!

    The time never stays on no matter how many times it’s set. Also don’t time your food you can’t see that either. Terrible good heat I guess.

    The product was sold as open box but excellent condition. The truth was there was damage to the rotary bracket.

    We were initially pleased with the microwave - appearance and performance. I cannot give a good rating to something that lasts less than 18 months. It just stopped working, was never used improperly or had anything put in it that shouldn't have been in it.

    Brought April 2019 , stopped working Aug 16 2021 with a weird sound and no heating none whatsover . Will not go with LG anymore .

    I went through three (3) of these. Every one of these failed in the same way. Outlet and circuit were checked, outlet replaced, the next unit failed in exactly the same way. Got a different brand it works perfectly.

    Stopped heating. It appears to be working but does not heat at all. We purchased this in August of 2019, didn't get it installed until September of 2020. So less than a year of use, but out of warranty. Major buzz kill.

    I have bought two of these over the past two years. They have fooled me twice. Each year, I have had to replace it. The first time, it quit heating. The second time, the door latch failed. Returning it again for a replacement this morning.
