    Door Doesn’t Open

    Microwave door sticks a lot. I have to push the opening with one hand and pull the bottom of the door open with other. It’s going to break soon I’m sure of it. It’s about a month old. Very disappointed.

    For the time it was working, however, I've had this item for almost 1 year and it has stopped working. I also bought a few for my warehouse and they also have stopped working.

    LG microwave did not work out of the box. The door was misaligned and caused an error. Called LG and was on th phone with nothing happening for 30 minutes, then got cut off.

    Broke after 25 days!

    We bought this microwave thinking it was going to be a good one! It was the most expensive one! But after 25 days it quit working! Good thing I was an Elite member at Best Buy! They took it back no questions asked! Other than what was wrong with it. Broke!

    It smells awful Every time I use it. It literately smells like Lysol! Not sure how healthy it is breathing this smell in everyday. It also Started making a noise when it runs too.

    Didn’t even last two years... started making a static noise and then quit heating food up. Only microwave safe containers were used. Don’t waste your money!

    LG Microwave no good

    This microwave didnt last more than 2 years. I bought the Geek warranty which expired on July 8 2021. I purchased it on Aug 8th Go figure For $180 bucks i was expecting at least 5 years of use tops!!

    This arrived DOA. I plugged it up and got an F-3 error. A Google search revealed this to be a short circuit. I returned it and now am back to researching.

    It does not heat item nearly as good as my last microwave did. For a 1200 watt microwave i recommend you buy some other brand.

    2 months after purchase, the microwave started having problems. An F3 error - which essentially requires a new microwave to be purchased.

    Stopped working about 2.5 years in as it will not heat anything. Repair as expensive as a new one. Another “throw away” economy item - not a durable good that microwaves should be. Disappointed.

    This stopped working in less than two years. LG's 10 year warranty covers just one part, no labor. I would not suggest an LG product of any kind.
