    The cord is so short that I am unable to use it. I’m pretty sure it’s not much over 2 feet long, not sure what lg was thinking

    It arrived with the prongs broken. But that says more about Best Buy's shipping than it does about the product.

    Microwave malfunctioned within 5 months with a F-3 error - - which reflects a short circuit within the microwave. Unfortunately manufacturers warranty had already expired.

    Purchased in Nov 2019, no issues with the unit till today when it just stopped working - mid use. For the cost of then unit it should last longer then 17 months.

    Stopped working completely

    Bought this microwave in April. It has frequently stopped working and cut itself off. Yesterday it did it again now won't turn back on at all.

    The buttons have a slow response. Sensor cook doesn’t work at all. It cooks slower then my last inexpensive microwave

    The front panel is broken after a couple of months and I have to pay more to fix it now. This is unacceptable. This would be the last time I buy anything from LG or bestbuy.

    Piece of junk. Went out in less than 2 years.. lg will cover the part but $100 service to repair a $150 unit. Avoid LG at all costs!!

    This microwave is not user friendly. The light went out on the inside and it really isn't a "smart" microwave. I took it back immediately.

    This stopped working in 8 months with minimal use. I was told it’s cheaper to buy a new one even if it’s under warranty.

    Less than two years old and it has stopped heating. Previous to that the inside light fell out of the holder. Avoid this microwave.

    I purchased 3 of them and 3 of them are now broken. Almost all 3 of them have broken handles and two no longer works

    No fun, broke in plug in at home, manufacturing defect, Best Buy took it right back, we got the smaller LG they had in stock.
