    bought in Nov 2017, dead in Feb 2019. light use with small family. LG smart diagnosis is JOKE. Going to take back to BestBuy.

    Very difficult to open. Bad design. Otherwise microwave looked good and warmed food well.

    I bought this as a gift for my mother and I don’t know why but it keeps blowing out. It stops heating up for after a while.

    crap dont buy this thing hardly heats anything takes 2 min to heat what my old one did in 45 sec

    I had two or three of these and they broke within months. The heat was not distributed evenly when it did work. Try another brand

    I bought this microwave on 05/23/2020. Stopped heating after normal use for heating food only. MADE IN CHINA.
