      Unless you purchased an extended warranty when you purchased your appliance, you are responsible for any repairs when you are outside the 1 year manufacturer’s warranty period. ^Jennifer LG

    Piece of crap! Do not waste your money. Broke within 9 months and of course no refund......... IT'S TOTAL CRAP!!!!!!!

    It broke down within a year :(.. luckily LG allowed me to buy a new one... hope they reimburse.

    Good quality for a decent price

    We have had this microwave for almost 2 weeks and we couldn't be happier. It has even heating, no more cold spots or stopping it to stir the food. There's ample room for larger plates and bowls. The timer noise is NOT obnoxious at all. I don't understand all the negative comments on this. For the end of cooking, it plays a nice little song that doesn't last for more than 5 seconds. It's not too loud, but not too soft either. When using the timer, the song is different, a little longer, but not by more than a couple more seconds. I like all the options for reheating different foods, or you can put time in manually like most other microwaves. For the price and quality, it's a no brainer.
