the thing just completely died after owning it for 22 months

Great even heating. Easy to use and clean. Huge interior. Stable turntable. Quiet. Looks cool. Only complaint is that you have to remember the reheat settings. 1 for beverage, 2 for casserole, 3 for plate etc. A text read out would have been nice.

Does not heat food good u have to reset time over and over to get hot

It only lasted a year and it did not work after that.

I receive it by mail and it was not even heating up

Great size. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Could easily fit a cassarole to heat up. Exterior design is modernly sleek.

Beautiful looking! Works amazing. 2.0 so it's big. My only problem was, none of the best buy stores had no displays of it, do not carry it in stock, had to order it online. That was a disappointment not being able to see it first.

I just ordered my third LG easy clean microwave. I really like this microwave! I can put a tall coffee mug in to reheat. The 30 second button is handy. The keypad is not back lighted, so don't cook in the dark. As I do home baking, I use the soften butter, defroster, and timer features a lot! Sadly, LG quality is not that good, hence my buying a third unit in six years. You will enjoy the microwave, but ALWAYS buy the longer four year replacement plan. That way, when the microwave inevitably fails, you only have to pay for a new service plan and any increase in price. Being able to get a replacement shipped free is why I keep using Best Buy for for many appliances. It is a pity the rewards points expire so fast, or I would use the Best Buy credit card more often.

I had this same exact microwave in Colorado. I left it behind for the new home buyer. I was so glad to see that Best Buy still had this model. I love it. In fact I would buy another one in a heartbeat.

After 4 years 6 months, the button to open the door had broken. Otherwise, this is a great microwave. Heats evenly, without hot spots. Fairly quiet operation. We are happy with this older one, (even though of the button had broken) we are purchasing a new exact same one today.

Mush bigger than what I had and the priced right. Easy to use and clean, which my old one wasn’t. Only thing is the popcorn setting doesn’t work if you are using a silitone/rubber maker. I just set it for three minutes and it work’s.

I bought my self one of these microwaves a year or so back and loved the stylish design as well as the performance and the big cooking area. So when my son needed one in his new house I bought him this one and he is very pleased with it also. LG You get 5 Stars from us and thank you to Bestbuy for making it happen!

This LG microwave is definitely a good unit. It has 1200 watts which is more than adequate.It has several modes including sensor reheat, which I use to reheat cups of coffee and plates of food. It automatically sets the right amount of time depending on which sensor reheat number you choose. I love popcorn and this unit has a separate POPCORN selection which work perfectly, It manages to cook every kernel without burning any. It has a large 2.0 cu ft to fit most anything. I like the sleek look and the chime it plays when it's done cooking. The one thing I do not like is that by design, Black Stainless steel, the control panel is dark with only the clock eliminated. I would recommend that LG provide lighting behind all the control panel making all the selections easy to read without additional lighting in your kitchen. Despite this I recommend this product.

I'd been using a cheap microwave for years until I got tired of it and traded way up to this unit. It's much more powerful, it's got a smooth and easily cleaned interior, it's got a nice modern look, and it's incredibly roomy for larger dishes inside. I also like that the sounds it makes are pleasant as opposed to the old annoying beeps microwaves used to have.

This microwave is one of the largest and best heating reheating microwaves I've ever had. The exterior color is a conservative metal color that could go anywhere. The interior is like a speckled ceramic like you see on camping stoves and pots.

Works great so far! Relatively quiet. Bigger than I'm used to. That tune that signals it's done can be pretty annoying if I don't go immediately to open it. I really like the keypad. I much prefer that to just simple up-down arrows for the time.

Big & spacious, nice color, heats up food fast! Has a nice meldoy to it when its done cooking.

Love this microwave. Had an earlier version of this with a slider bar in place of the number key pad and honestly, I couldn't stand it. This is so much easier to get the amount of time you want. It's beautiful as well and easy to clean. Also I have come to love all LG appliances for the musical charm played when it's finished with a cycle and the smart app that is provided for most newer LG appliances.
