Fantastic microwave!! Heats super fast, easy to use controls and settings. Fast delivery even during the busy holidays.

Ten year sticker on the front of this means nothing. It’s only a one year warranty. The push button to open the door has a design flaw. The first one we had, the button kept falling off within a few months. LG replaced it after I complained numerous times. Few months later, same issue with the replacement. So now we have to rig up the button just to use the thing. It’s a shame too. I love LG products. We have a washer dryer and a refrigerator. No issues at all. But their microwaves? Stay away. Get something with a handle thar won’t break. It does play a cute sound when it’s done cooking! If you can get it to work.

Great product for the money, replaced over the range huge microwave with this one (under the kitchen) counter. Works fast and quiet. Easy to set up and use.

Got this after an earlier LG model broke down in 6 months. Seems to be working well so far, the size and gray inside is good. I do not like the white. Major issue is it interferes with bluetooth when heating things...bluetooth ear phones or bluetooth sub-woofer/speakers will get interference and noise. Could not do anything about it. Was not a problem with Kitchenaid and other brands. Maybe will have to switch to a different brand.

I like my new microwave as it is attractive and very simple to use. It was not my 1st choice but it was available the next day and that's what mattered to me most as I use a microwave often every day. We ordered it at the store in Millbury MA. When it arrived the next day the plug was broken and it needed to be returned. Because we had ordered it at the store we had to return it there to be able to get a replacement. It was an inconvenience as we had to drive 25 miles both ways on a heavily trafficked road on a Friday afternoon for a purchase that arrived at our home damaged. We ordered the replacement and it did arrive a few days later in good shape. We also received a small discount for the inconvenience. We are all set with our new microwave and we will continue to shop at Best Buy!

The microwave was received in an intact package. It is spacious and easy to clean and it has a sensitive touch panel. It looks good in the kitchen.
