My old LG countertop just stopped working so off I went to get another one. I did not need one this large but I have had it about 6 weeks and it is just fine. It heats up just like my old one and I am very satisfied so far. There were many comments about the 'melodious' chime to let you know it has finished cooking. I guess they ran out of beeps. It is different but it isn't that bad...unless you let it go for a long time! I am very happy with my microwave so far.

This is exactly what we wanted. It’s easy to use, made well and has clean lines.

Pro: Easy clean, efficient, lightweight, nice sound for alert So so: Less weight means it moves around countertop too easily. Touch pad is very picky - you have to figure out just the right amount of push and it must be directly in front of button to work. Con: Metal top gets hot, which it should not do. Anything on top while cooking may melt.

This is a solid purchase at a very competitive price. Features and functions are ideal. The only thing that keeps from from giving in 5 stars, and I was aware of it when I purchased it, is that the display panel is not lit. But that’s the only complaint, be it a small one.

Great microwave, good size and performs flawlessly.

this thing is massive! you can cook a whole full sized turkey in this thing if you wanted. its super powerful too for little things 30 seconds is too much time. overall had it a month now and pretty impressed with it. tried the smart sense thing a few times and i dont think it works well it overcooks stuff

So far works very well .It has good capacity.I am happily with the microwave, but I have had bad luck after 18 months with my last 3 microwaves so it’s too early to tell after 1 month use.The design is modern and sleek.

Our family bought this microwave back in 2018 amd it still runs like new 6 years later. It was initally a hard pill to swallow due to the price, but the tipping point was we used to spend around $50 a year on new microwave because they would only last around a year before becoming almost unusable. With the 4 year extended warranty, it was only a little more expensive if this one broke. We then pulled the trigger and are happy that 6 years later its still running and by now have more than saved money and with its current condition will likely have this one for a lot longer. Also the popcorn button uses humidity sensors and we have mever had a burnt or undercooked back of popcorn, every bag from every brand we have used has came out perfect

Since my son and his wife have an LG microwave oven I thought that would be the one I wanted because theirs runs quiet and the door opening and shutting was fairly quiet. However this one is very clunky when opening or closing. It is quiet running. I believe everything else is ok on the one I purchased.

I bought this microwave because my son was heading out to college so I gave him my old one to use. It also matches my LG refrigerator I purchased last year. It’s super quiet and doesn’t have the loud beep when it’s done. It’s spacious and has several heating options. I love it!

Nice large interior that fits all of our dishes/cookware. Easy to operate controls. Lots of power so we needed to adjust some of our cook times after our previous microwave. Cooks frozen items evenly and sensor does well with popcorn. Plays chimes and a tune instead of beeps which is a very nice touch.

Most used part is cheap, the first thing touched is the latch to open the door. Lasted 4 years. Probably a few thousand openings. Can’t close it quietly, so you are not going to sneak heat a honey bun. Sadly the part appears to be 20% of the original cost.

Amazing price and quality. Great size and made a great addition to our kitchen.

Super powerfull microwave! Has always performed well and easy to keep clean. Overall have no complaints. Have had it for a little over3 years. Only negative at this point was a few months ago, the LED readout for the time has a section that has started to burn out/not function but its still decipherable. Otherwise this would be 5 stars.

This is a great microwave. It heats food quickly. The only thing I don’t like is that it moves around. Should have something on the bottom that keeps it from sliding back when you close the door!

Delivered to my home in one Day, I love my new microwave. LG has been a brand I have trusted for a long time, and this microwave certainly lives up to my trust. It is simple to operate and does everything I want it to besides being powerful. I like the sensor cooking feature and the fact that the interior of the microwave is so large.

have been using it for a month now, like it but still getting used to it, it has more bells and whistles than our last so there is a considerable learning curve, it is LARGE and powerful

The microwave is very efficient and easy to use. Has plenty of space for large containers as well as a spacious turntable. Was very easy to setup. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their current microwave.

Very simple microwave to use. Doesn't have all the extra buttons on it like most microwaves. It has easy to read buttons. It's easy to clean in and out. Great price. I recommend this!
