Buttons are difficult to read. Not very intuitive placement. Have to push harder than other models to get button to register. Cooking modes work well, thoroughly cooks food. Large capacity holds full plate.

Very large microwave! Make sure you have room on your counter for this one. We had to buy a microwave counter for it because it took up too much space but oveall best microwave I’ve ever owned

We purchased this microwave to replace the same model which was also purchased at Best Buy years ago. It was worked hard and unfortunately could not be repaired. Although this is the same model we previously purchased there are two differences. The new one now has raised dots on the open "button" which are appreciated. There is now a sticker on the door frame that gives suggestions for heating certain items. No more answering the "how do I do this" question. The size is just right for reheating a mug of coffee to steaming a big bowl of potatoes for home fries. It still has the kind of annoying musical "beep" but it does differentiate it from all the other kitchen things that also "beep". Highly recommend this!

I bought a Samsung microwave and it lasted a four years and I am the only one in my house so it didn't get used a lot but I never liked it it was to complicated but this one has so far been a dream easy to use just nice all around

It's the best microwave we ever had. Heats very fast. Controls are good. It gets 4 stars because the popcorn setting burns the popcorn. If you have this oven, just use 90 seconds. It comes out perfect then.

Was not the microwave I initially sought—neither the item nor the store; nevertheless it was the best choice from among four options, and beat them all on looks to space to price. I have zero regrets.

Purchaed new 11/2019 and the microwave has been awesome. Its sensor feature is solid and its polite noises are a hit with the family. We have enjoyed daily use with our large family wirh no hiccups. Until today…the push button door release broke and unfortunately 1. Its plastic and 2 LG does not offer replacement parts so we will have to replace the entire microwave

Love it!! Best microwave we have bought. It’s not perfect, but it does heat very evenly. The only thing I don’t like is the closing, it’s a big thud. I recommended it to my sister for her home as well.

LG NeoChef Microwave is good. Family like it...easy to use and the size is big which accommodates all dish big /or small.

It's a very large microwave, and 3 years on its been working great. My only complaint excessive beeping. Just non stop noise when it's done.

First thing I noticed about this oven was how the button to open the door was funky. So was the start button; it was almost like activating your phone by thumbprint. Instead of a normal beep, it played a short tune when the timer went off. Cute, but maybe LG should have spent more on building a lasting oven than stupid bells and whistles. Machine lasted maybe 2 years before suddenly dying. But hark, it says there's a 10 year warranty. Yay! Oh...that's just for the parts. So LG makes 2 year disposable appliances. You have been hereby warned.

Looks good, size is good, very light, and works just fine. The door-open button is a bit hard to push.
