Excellent microwave. Easy to operate. This is my 2nd exact same microwave.

I love the size of it. Can cook way more than an average microwave the size can do large dishes

I purchased this micowave 3 years ago and the magnetron is already done. Sure the part is still covered under the warranty, but the labor isn't and it makes repairing it not worth it. It is a great microwave while it works. I liked the size. Easy to clean.

I love this LG countertop microwave, it's great when it works; however, this model LG microwave only seems to last about 2 yrs for me. I have bought 3 LG's of the same model since 2017. One had problems with the door opening and staying closed, and the second one's sides and top got very hot but it stopped heating food. I just bought my 3rd LG--same model. I always buy the protection plan from Best Buy so I can replace the Microwave from the Best Buy store if/when it dies. I had a Sharp Brand Microwave years ago and it lasted 13 yrs. I wish these LG Microwaves would last longer than 2 yrs.

We had this exact microwave - it lasted three years before failing to heat. Cost to attempt a repair was in the ballpark of simply buying a replacement. Purchased a four year warranty from Best Buy ( which I don’t normally do) so we’ll see how this one holds up. Love the microwave - that’s why we didn’t go with a different brand. Jury’s put on this one.

I am very pleased with this microwave - perfect fit, easy to use.

This was a great microwave for a year and a half (hence the two stars) which seems like a very short life span. Purchased at Best Buy online. It replaced almost the same one that we had for 8 years. The button always seemed a little off, very flimsy. It finally broke off a few days ago, and we were not able to find any parts for it. Called Geek Squad who confirmed no parts available. Thankfully we purchased a protection plan, or we would have been out the entire $300. Instead we had to eat the $40 for the protection plan. We had to pull it out of our cabinets (we are seniors, both with bad backs), take it to Best Buy to get a store credit to purchase a new one. They had nothing on the shelves so we bought another one online. We have now received the new one that we have to install ourselves, and we are STILL seniors with bad backs. We have no options here. This has been an extremely inconvenient and frustrating experience, and would like to recommend that LG change the button on this microwave, and buyer beware that this unit comes with a cheap button that can't be repaired or replaced.

Simple, easy to use microwave. Plus, it has a cute end of timer jingle. Noice!
