Great unit, with lots of options. 5 stars, but my only complaint is there are not rubberized feet to grip smooth surfaces. I added some and it's great! The only other thing I wish could be changed is the done "chime". Overall very nice unit.

I purchased this when our old Microwave died. We love it. It has performed perfectly since our purchase with no problems. The cooking time is slightly faster than the older microwave oven that we had previously. I would recommend it.

I love this microwave! I bought this to replace the LG one that I had. This one is newer and different features. Instead of a beeping or buzzing alarm when it finishes it has a pleasant sound.

DO NOT BUY THIS MICROWAVE! We decided to pay a little extra and get this microwave that matched our other appliances. The size is great, the look is sleek, and the sounds are fun. BUT now there is a zap/buzz noise that occurs every few seconds when we use the microwave. We have taken the turntable out and confirmed that was not the issue. It is a few months past the 1 year warranty and now we are stuck with a $200+ broken microwave. LG is suggesting trusted appliance repair businesses, which cost $79+ just for a visit to figure out the issue. Very frustrating. DO NOT BUY THIS MICROWAVE!

We love our LG NeoChef microwave! It's beautiful and sleek. It operates quietly with various tones for the different settings. We really like the dark interior color as opposed to white interiors. Also, the 10-year warranty assures no replacement necessary any time soon!

the size of this micowave is hugh. And it cook very fast.

My last two LG microwaves were very well reviewed (they are easy to use and work well for a short time). Unfortunately they just don't last. The first LG lasted about three years. I checked reviews and bought another 4.5 star model, and it too worked well for 16 months. It died with no warning, as did the last one. Note that longevity is not mentioned in any of the reviews. Avoid this brand. They are not built to last.

Good size- accurate performance, cute little chimes for time and touch keys, and a bad motherboard inside. Kicks off to a code “F-3” every so often. No help for that in the instruction manual. Have to do the “phone sensor” diaganosis which is also is most inconvenient, and usually doesn’t resolve the issue. If one has to have this, get the extended warranty and just replace it. It’s a royal pain in the posterior for this unreliability, and now that we’re on more than half a dozen of these “F-3” codes, we’re over it. Sorry to have to send another one of these cheap “not made in USA” appliances back to a recycle center somewhere.
