We loved this microwave so much that we purchased another one for a gift. Our company always comments on how quiet & efficient this unit is. We absolutely love it and highly recommend it to whomever is in the market for it.

Do not buy LG appliances.... Bought this microwave and it died in less than a year. Went through the warranty process and they agreed to replace it free of charge. That was over a month ago, and we still don't have a microwave. I received all of the approval and the last message I got said a delivery company would contact me to deliver the new one. No one ever contacted me. I've called multiple times, and they say it's still pending, that they'll escalate the ticket and I'll hear back in 24-48 hours, but no one ever calls back. I've done this multiple times now. Last person gave me a new 888 number to call for support and the line is dead. You better hope your appliance works, because it seems they don't actually fulfill their warranty claims.

Love it. My old microwave quit working and I had to find something that fit my opening. This did and I love how well it works. My old one took forever to heat.

So far we are quite pleased with this unit, particularly how it evenly heats through dense leftovers that would have been cold in the center with our last microwave.

Perfect big microwave. So far has not given me any problem. Lg products are the best.

Online price was a scam went in person to the store listed and size of microwave was wrong and so was the price! I don’t trust Best Buy anymore….

I really like the features of this microwave and it looks real nice in my kitchen. Only complaint is the menu pad is very sensitive to touch snd will turn. I keep a cup of water inside.

In my view this LG product is well made! It heats evenly and I love the second reminder tone.

It works just great, but I didnt realize the wattage was higher than I expected. It kicks out my GFI unless I reduce power for everything.

Good microwave overall, but it doesn’t seem as powerful as my last one. That’s ok, but I’m learning to adjust the power levels. Just a learning curve. Heats things well, and defrosts nicely. I would buy it again.

A very nice upgrade over my previous microwave, which my parents had before I was even born. It cooked 5 strips of bacon in roughly 4 minutes, while my previous one took 10+ minutes for the same amount. That said, the cord is VERY short - roughly 3 feet in length - which meant that I couldn't put it in the same alcove/cubby that the previous microwave had been in. As the cord isn't shown or mentioned anywhere on the main page or item description, that's why I deducted 1.5 stars (rounded down since it doesn't allow for half-star ratings).

I’ve had it for a month now without any problems. The inside space is more than enough and the controls are easy to work with. I also like the black brushed steel finish on the unit.

Looks nice, works great, don't mind the little "tune". However, be aware that it puts out way more RFI than my 30 yr old Sharp. When using it, the interference crashes our Wi-Fi and, consequently, our kitchen TV that uses ATT TV. LG's response is "that's normal". Okaaay.

Looks great, worked awesome but just stopped heating/cooking in less than 3 weeks. Worst thing is that the other units don't look as nice and the features this had worked great. Might give another try, could have been a lemon. My last microwave lasted 17 years and it was a Panasonic. Looked at them as well and it just seems they are making all appliances cheap these days. From what I have been reading I think it is worth buying the extended warranty on microwaves these days. Just my 2 cents.

Saw many reviews complaining about the button panel. Folks, it’s a sensor pad. The less you hit the touchpad - the better. A great microwave for the price.

This is 4th time I have this microwave, it gave up every time within a year. First time failed within a YEAR, replaced under manufacturer warrant. Second time and an onward I was buying extended warranty and got replaced with extended warranty. Question may be asked why I am buying it again again then? Only one reason, it fits exactly in my counter because of it bottom legs placement, not any other model does. I had to replace it yesterday for the 4th times in last 4 years. Basically I feel like I am renting it for a year for $39.99 which I pay for extended warranty each time, Very frustrating. Actively looking for different brand, and plan to return this within 15 days. I don't recommend this product.

its now sept 2023 and it no longer works. is 3- years of it working agood thing...I dont believe so for the price that we paid for it
