    This LG microwave is 12 months old.The Magnetron went bad.They will replace the item but I will have to pay for service.It would not be worth this expense. Ihave owned many Microwaves of past and not one broke and worked on the day I have away..This product has serious issues.Do not waste your money or time,,,Never again L G

    I have had 2 of these, after several months F-3 appears and that is the end of your microwave!!!! Don't waste your money!!!!

    Stopped working after just 4 years with light use

    I was pretty happy with this microwave although I never used all the many functions. I just did basic reheating using the timer. Anyway, after only 4 years, it won’t heat and I have to spend another $200 for a new one.

    Quit working within a year

    This stopped working within a year of using it. Other than that I loved it. It plays a cheery little tune that literally brightened my day haha! I can't get anyone to help me with the manufacturer warranty so I don't know what to do other than buy another microwave that doesn't sing to me and just beeps.. :(

    I this when my current microwave died and I am not pleased with it at all. There is no sensor for brown rice and it does not even cook potatoes on sensor well either. They never cook well. I am going to sell this and look for another microwave. Don't buy this one

    10 Yr Magnetron Warranty - FAKE

    We enjoyed this microwave for 2 years and then it stopped heating. I contacted LG and the 10 yr magnetron warranty only covers parts. This means you have to spend about the cost of the microwave to repair it. I do not recommend LG!!

    Smart inverter is a lie

    Basic, and the advertising is misleading. If you're interested in the smart inverter like I was, don't bother. It doesn't work and is a straight lie. I've had to heat small bowls of food for minutes and the inside will still be cold and the outer edge will be boiling. Pure frustration, don't bother

    It now just makes a short buzz and clicking noise every 5 seconds. I would expect a consideration longer lifespan from even a no-name knockoff.

    One word Annoying.

    As far as microwaves go this microwave works as intended however, I don't need the microwave to remind me every stinkin single minute " that's right every minute " that your dish in microwave is done especially when you have your hands full in the kitchen. That to me is ANNOYING. Hey LG I'm sure you must have heard others complaining.

    Just Stopped heating after a year

    If I could I would give this microwave a 0 star review. I have had this microwave a year and a month and it quit warming food. Ridiculous and the warranty from LG is Garbage!! Parts and Labir Free for the first year then you get charged...

    piece of crap

    it does heat up thing great but after a 1 1/2 the control panel freaks out (going through different settings) all by itself and now the 0 doesnt even work. the 10 year warranty is only on the magnetron.so the panel isnt't covered. i thought i would give LG a try and never again!

    Not long lasting

    I used for about 4 years without any issues and then it would not heat anymore. LG ThinkQ diagnostics did not find anything wrong and everything works except that it would not heat anything up.

    LJ Family 2.0microwave

    Very disappointed. If I could give it a neg 6 zeros I would. The door latch has stuck on and off since I bought it. Now it no longer heats inside. This microwave is 1.5 years. I will never consider LG again. Best buy does not stand behind products sold.

    I bought this microwave just over a year ago with light use. Suddenly It stopped turning on and cooking but the timer was counting down. I had to throw it away but didn’t buy another LG.

    Do NOT get rhis product. Started acting up at 1 year. The door doesnt feel the sensor, the tray doesnt rotate at the same speed.

    Quit after three weeks

    We bought this and hoped for a five star microwave. Wasn’t as strong as our last one but we didn’t mind much. Now it quit working after 2 seconds of heating. We’ve only had it for three weeks!!
