She had had it for years and so did we when it stopped working. Looked at a lot of them but none seemed like they were made very well Although this LG is not as well made as our last one, it was the best we could get at the time. Works okay. The Smart Inverter feature is kind of a hit or miss in my opinion. So I would not recommend this for that feature. Does what it is suppose to. Plays music when it ends and my wife loves that. So if she is happy I am happy. Would I buy it again? Maybe. Would I recommend it. Not sure.

Works great big enough for larger items , heats food evenly.

Simple to use control panel and large clear numbers. I bought this for use by my senior citizen mother and she had no issues with it.

Microwave Great until it was not

Purchased the unit in 2023 with a warranty. The magnetron failed while cooking Salmon. Took it back and BB under the GSP wanted to send it out for repair leaving us without the use of one. May take up to 2 weeks to get it back
