great microwave for the price. Looks high end and the best feature is the different button sounds. Plays a little jungle when got cook time is up. Makes you excited to eat :)

Big Microwave. Really like how easy it is to use. I've noticed that it doesn't really heat things that are frozen quickly. But overall it is a good product.

Nothing about this unit to not like. Sleek looking outside that is easy to clean. Spacious inside. Great functions like defrost and reheat. Fast cooking on full power.

Generally worked really well until it had fallen from a small height during a remodel and the door wouldn't properly shut any longer. Would purchase again.

this is a huge easy to use good looking oven. It has a nice musical tone when your food is done cooking plus high wattage for faster cooking. So far I'm very happy with it.

It's bigger and more powerful than my prev box. Had a reminder tone if you forget to take stuff out. It has a huge carousel too. It has a lot of presets, but that brings up the only drawback. The preset list is in the instruction booklet vs on the unit's menu or even stenciled inside ... not like the family os pulling out the booklet to cook something, so back to guess how many minutes the item will take to cook.

Sadly, our 12 year old GE microwave bit the dust. It gave us the opportunity to buy an LG microwave that perfectly matched our LG black stainless steel refrigerator. Nothing bad to say about this microwave... LED lighting, touchpad, large interior, quiet operation, and a nice jingle to replace the monotonous beeping found in all the other microwaves out there. LG doesn't make a 27-inch trim for this model... so we had to order a custom made 27-inch trim for our built-in cabinet. All in all, very happy with the purchase.

Had a in the wall high end microwave that simply stopped working and no parts available for repair. Also no comparable unit available for replacement for 9 months or so. Opted for this Countertop Microwave to "safe the day." It is wonderful. Does everything the high end unit did and then some. And at a fraction of the price. Could not be more pleased. Who needs a fancy built-in when you can get this quality of functions from a Countertop Unit.

This microwave works wonderfully. Instructions are easy and set up was as simple as plugging it in. Our large family needed one big enough for large bowls and this fits the bill.

I love this microwave! Easy to operate, looks sleek and the price was right! There were many others within the same price range but they did not compare. Paid an extra $10 to receive next day which they delivered. Very satisfied!

The micro wave was chosen by research, price and size to fit a certain space on a shelf. It is used primarily for cooking frozen vegetables in a bag and reheating leftovers. I also use it to melt butter and chocolate when baking.

Have had the same microwave for years. Replaced it with this model. This model is huge. It has a sensor reheat function that works pretty good. It knows when the food is fully heated through.

We have not had this long but so far it has been great. Heats and cooks as it should and the different sounds it makes when food is done is different from all the other appliances in the house. I didn't think that would make a difference, but you definitely know it's the microwave and not the dishwasher or stove. Super quiet as well.

This is a very solid microwave with new inverter technology which allows partial power rather than pulsing to achieve lower power levels. This feature alone makes the oven a great purchase, because now I can defrost small container of frozen sauce without boiling them. They come out very smooth. I wish that when I was using partial power, some display somewhere would tell me the power level, however. The jury is still out on the sensor cooking and reheating, but since that feature did not work at all on my old microwave, anything would be an improvement. So far, leftovers reheated well, but oatmeal wasn't cooked at all. However, because of the excellent partial power capability, I will probably develop my own formulas for commonly cooked items as I has to do with my last microwave. The user interface is simple and works exactly the way you would expect. All the basics are there (including a +30 second button) and literally nothing extra (no minus button, no other bells and whistles.) Physically, the push button to open the door is easy to use as long as the oven is well braced on the countertop. I appreciate the tiny affordance of three dots that show just where to push the button. The stainless steel button shows fingerprints easily, however. The inside is huge - I am happy that I can now fit two 8" lunch plates side-by-side in the oven due to the 16" glass tray. That tray is very stable - as promised - and the curved back corners in the oven make cleaning easier. I got the Geek Squad 4 year service agreement - and I almost never get extended warranties. But the number of people with problems over time, combined with the very reasonable price of the extended warranty made it a no-brainer.

I had an LG microwave that died so I went to Best Buy to get another. We use one a lot. The one I purchased was easy to use, does a goo job although was a little pricy.
