Haven't had a microwave in a few years, but decided to get a new one. Chose this one based on online recommendations and size. Really glad I bought it. It does what it says it will in an amount of time appropriate for a microwave. It does take up quite a bit of counter space, but that's due to the amount of room inside the unit. I've used it daily since purchased and no regrets. The "done" alert is a cute little electronic melody that I rather like. It's not the annoying beep-beep-beep of most microwaves...which is much nicer to hear in the early morning.

So far so good; nice and roomy; easy to use. No issues.

This microwave is so easy to use. It has so many features for defrosting and cooking. The chime when the microwave is finished the task is musical. This is by far the best microwave that I have owned.

Love this microwave! It’s easy to clean, has a very premium finish and it’s simple but great with heating. Would definitely recommend to others!

Very good sizing (quite large), heats food really well

We really like the look of this microwave and it functions well. It is very large and takes up quite a bit of counter space but it is nice to know we can put anything in there and it will fit. The buttons are a little strange. Sometimes they are very sensitive to touch and sometimes you have to push harder on them to make them work. The timing seems to be pretty accurate. The popcorn button pops pretty much all kernels and doesn’t burn. The sensor reheat works well also and the plate of food comes out at the right temperature. Overall we really like this microwave.

Great microwave and does the job. Heats up food quick and I like how it defrosts quickly. Also, I like the sound it makes when it's ready.

I used this microwave as a replacement for an older wall mounted microwave. Looks very modern and sleek. And it heats foods evenly and fast. Would recommend.

We absolutely love our LG NeoChef Mirowave. So easy to use and I love the reminder sound letting me know my food is ready.

This microwave is excellent and has a lot of room. Excellent Defrosting. What I love the best about this microwave is that it has a popcorn button to pop popcorn and the microwave uses a sensor and now I do not have burnt popcorn because the microwave senses the timing perfect for popcorn. Additionally, any meal you place in the microwave, the microwave senses the adequate heating for perfect cooking and reheating. I highly recommend this microwave. Love my new microwave---easy to keep clean and hear with reminder sounds that food is ready. Also very spacious!

Works great and is big enough to fit everything! I thought it would be too big for my counter, but it wasn’t much bigger than my old one on the outside. Just a lot bigger on the inside! I’m still learning all of the settings, but I like it so far. The only thing I’m not crazy about is the little song it plays when it’s done cooking. A regular beep would be just fine.

Very spacious! Measure the space you plan to put it before buying. We were disappointed that it does not have a quick minute button on it - and the setting buttons are sensitive/responsive, as in, you don't have to press hard at all on them. but other than that it is pretty good. Plays entertaining/ear catching tune to let you know when it stops - makes ya smile/laugh. And it will do it at intervals till you take stuff out.

I had a panasonic before and loved it. We love the chime when the heating is done. Sounds like the Lucky Charms tune, “magicly Delicious”, really. The quick 30 sec button is nice and you can add additional 30 sec if time at a time by repeated pushing the button without having to also find and tap a start button, so ine button operation for quick reheating a cup of coffee, tea, soup or plate. I think it has plenty of light to see the food very well. I was concerned about some reviews that mentioned the gray interior as opposed to a white interior for a brighter interior view, but that has not been a problem, and we are 68 and our eyes can see well with the interior light and gray walls. We keep our old microwave interior clean from splatters and will do the same this this new one, but i think the gray might be better at not showing every little dot because of the grey interior, which might be nice for some. The operating sound is on the quite side so is not very load, just a hum. The repeat reminder that something is dine heating is nice and not too often. In the past i have been known to be in a hurry in the morning and rush around trying to get out the door, pop my coffee back in the microwave while i go get one more thing and then forget it in the microvave. With the reminder chime it has already helped a few times to Interrupt my multitasking brain and say “come get your hot cup of coffee before it gets cold, again”. I have not found any negatives with this yet.
