Really like the 'Black Stainless Steel' look of this LG microwave and it does a great job heating up anything we put in it, mainly pizza. I like the reheat presets and while sometimes it's a bit too hot, I've yet to have it ruin crust which is a marked improvement over the microwave I was using prior.

This Microwave fits well in our Kitchen :) The price was PERFECT along w the instruction booklet to help hubby and me to use!!! Heats evenly TOO .....

We have had this microwave for a little under a year now. It's been great so far. Love the feature to add 30 seconds by just pressing on button and to start it as well. The only issue is the button you push to open the door seems a little flimsy and seems like it may break soon. Glad I purchased the warranty with it.

Love this Microwave! Great addition to our kitchen. Love the sound instead of the normal beeps , Even heating and a light that actually works !

We replaced our microwave with this one. It has performed well and despite it's large size, it fits on our counter. It does make interesting sounds, however.

Not bad at all for the first two weeks of having this microwave. Will smudge and collect fingerprints like no tomorrow. Measure correctly to be sure this big boy fits where you want it. Has a cute chime that you can't change even if you asked it to. The feet that it has is a little disappointing as it just slides like nobody's business. We put a block of wood to prop up its back so it doesn't shift while pressing the buttons.

I bought this after my old one conked out. It's pretty large but I have a large family so it suits the purpose. Heats food really good and clean up is easy.

Love love love it! Heats food super fast. Defrost works great too. I like the chime and it also reminds you if you forget you put something in it. I love the inside and it’s easy to clean!

Very large unit with spacious rotating tray. Easy to use, easy to clean touch panel, with several programmable cook and warm settings. So far, very pleased with its size and operation.

I bought this to replace one that went on the blink. The microwave had a decent price which led me to this one with the features it had. It does what a microwave should do, what can you say. The only drawback I have with this particular one is the keypad is occasionally unresponsive at times. Particularly the start button. Sometimes you have to press it 3 or more times for it to start. My only reason for not giving 5 stars. Other than that everything else has worked fine.

Received the new microwave oven, very nice and easy to use. It is extremely easy to use, and really like the features. The only complaint is that if the power goes off, to reset the clock, you have to unplug and then replug it in. This is really “stupid”, and very annoying!

Quiet and Efficient! Slick look and soft touch commands. Pleasant ringtone to alert you at the end of cycle. It doesn’t disappoint!

I hate having to give such a nice microwave a low rating, but I must. This model, just like another brand I bought and had to return, has a serious air leak in-between the door windows. Otherwise, it's a gorgeous machine with many unique, useful features.________ Yesterday we cooked fresh green beans with a little water in the container for 5 minutes. Steam leaked in-between the 2 panes of door glass and fogged up about 1/3 of the window!! And, there's already a haze developing even after the fogging evaporated, which would certainly get worse and worse with time.________ I emailed LG, and the rep. tried to tell me it was "normal". Yeah, right!! I've owned several different brand microwaves over the years, and never had that issue until now with this LG and that another brand I had to return. It makes me wonder if different brands all buy their door window assemblies from one manufacturer that's making defective units. Sort of like how diff. car companies all got defective air bags from one bad manufacturer.________ So, this microwave goes back to Best Buy. I'll try purchasing a 2nd one in the hopes this one is just a lemon, but I fear it might be an airbag-type situation.
