Fits our needs perfectly. Easy to use. It is 1200 watt and our old unit was 1100, so it took us a few times cooking bacon to get it perfect again, and it's great and quicker. A product that is what we thought it should be. Love the settings/control.

Bought this to replace a 12 or so year old microwave. So far works perfectly. The buttons can be hard to see when lighting is poor. Nice and roomy but also quiet.

This is the best microwave oven that I have ever owned. And I've owned quite a few. I've had it for over a year and it has given us zero problems, works like a charm and as advertised. My wife & kids love the many options too! And although a 15lb.turkey won't fit inside it surpasses our family's everyday needs. This is probably the last microwave that I will ever own. And if something should happen to it...I would buy another one in a heartbeat. It's that good!

We purchased this microwave from Best Buy January 2020, on October 7, 2020 while microwaving broccoli in corning ware microwave stopped and went dead. We checked the breaker, plugged in another outlet, nothing. No interior light, no keypad. Put in a service request through LG and purchased another microwave just like this one. Hopefully the repair will be simple, cost free and we'll be able to use at our camp. We really like this microwave which is why we purchased an identical one. Defrost is excellent - does not cook your meat, tones are very pleasant, easy to clean, and looks really nice. If this one does not last longer - we will not purchase again.

This is a really nice microwave. Very roomy and large inside and also very easy to clean. Touch pad is easy to use but some of the features I have not yet tried.

Easy to use. Simple display panel. Not a lot of junk on the display panel you don't need. Cooks and warms fast.

Fits perfectly in the space above our oven. Very sleek stylish appearance. Easy to use. The oven is very deep so can handle larger dishes.

We bought this microwave in October of 2019, so we've used it enough to know the good and the bad. High Points: heats well and evenly; the black stainless is very easy to clean; the gray interior is attractive; the jingle it plays at the end of a cycle is fun; cooking time is easy to set, or can enter by 30 second intervals. Low Points: some will find the end of cycle jingle maddening, and there is no option to change it. But as I said before, I think it is fun, and appropriate for LG (Life is Good). The touch controls are sometimes too sensitive (as when cleaning the touchpad), but sometimes they aren't extremely responsive when your fingers are cold. Troublesome: The microwave can be started simply by pressing the 30 second/start symbol on the touchscreen....even if the microwave hasn't been opened and closed for hours. This means a small child walking by can start the microwave with a quick touch (in case they want to enjoy the fun jingle), even if nothing is in the microwave! An absentminded adult could also start it with nothing inside. (I've only done it once. ;-) My old GE microwave required the door to be opened and closed if it hadn't been run within a minute or so. For my purposes, this microwave is worthy of five stars, but because of the safety factor I've given it four stars.

This microwave has the power and space for all types of meals. Im so happy with this product that I use it almost everyday.

This is absolutely my most favorite microwave ever. It is large, easy to clean, has all the right buttons that I need and it even plays music! What's not to move?

This fits our countertop perfectly. We have had it over a month now and it hears very well and cooks evenly. The sleek finish matches everything we have in out kitchen! One of the best things is the sounds it makes when finishing. Very musical and not at all like the classic, obnoxious alarms microwaves have had.

Love my new micro wave. So easy to clean and large enough to put a 9X13 pan in it. Also love that it doesn't BEEP, instead it has a pleasant sound when complete.

We have been using this microwave for about 5 months now and love it. the buttons work a lot easier than other microwaves, you don't have to push hard to press the button, just kind of rest your finger on the button for a second and it picks it up, very easy to use and it plays a little tune at the end. I don't have a clue what the tune is, but it plays it again a minute or two later if you haven't opened the door to remind you of your heated item.

Easy to use. Like preset settings for popcorn the most, no longer burn it. Easy to clean and nice size.

Used to replace a similar model that stopped working.

We absolutely love our microwave! It is very large and over 1300 Watts. Heats up nicely and is very nice! Worth the investment.

We have been enjoying our new Microwave oven. It is easy to use and it has been defrosting and cooking or heating up items as expected. Since it is 1200 Watts we have had to make adjustments in time but we are not frustrated by that. Our previous Microwave was only 1000 Watts.
