Our old one died (not an LG) so we had to replace it pronto. This one was on sale and was the right size. It functions well, but the door button hinges on the wrong side (when you're using your left hand, because you have the food in your right hand) causing interference with the opening door. Also, it takes a pretty hard push, enough to move the cabinet if it is not against the wall. I like the +30 second feature on the start button but it takes a flat thumb press, not just a touch, to to make it register. The chimes are a little annoying too.

We bought it for our office to use and have had absolutely no problems with it. The inside is huge for a microwave and its sleek design makes it fit right in.

I replaced a GE installed 4 years ago. The unit is faster, quieter and bigger fitting in the same built-in space. No complaints here

Performance has met expectations. Really like the large size. Only improvement I'd make is to have lighted touch pad.

This is my second microwave for LG product. (Old one is still working good, too.). This machine is upgraded and looks fancy. Easy to use easy to clean. Best Buy.

Second MW - bought to replace my first one I bought decades ago. I miss the way that I could select multiple cooking times at different power levels and don't see a way to do it with this one. The area of the touch pad key for start seems a little small or not sensitive enough because I often hit the area without a response. I am OK with the two drawbacks and I think that the MW is good for the price and I am glad that I picked it.

Got this microwave and a separate trim kit. It looks great in my kitchen. My kitchen was redone. I had a cabinet made with an opening for a microwave. I wanted to make it look built-in the way to go.

Love the black stainless steel look, microwave is quick and easy to use and end cooking is not annoying beeps but a happy short tune.

This microwave is the one I was looking for. I purchased a cheaper unit from another vendor because the supply was limited. The smaller system took twice as long to heat/cook my items. Popcorn just burned, it didn't get hot enough to pop. It looks great, and works even better. The only drawback for me is the large size, but it's well worth it to me for the superior performance. I highly recommend this product.

Very large microwave, fits pretty much everything. Looks nice and easy to use.

Heats up fast and really well. Has a nice ring after the food is heated. Big enough to fit a rotisserie chicken.

This product was working fine until Aug 8th, 2020. I bought it Feb of 2018. Don't know what happened. My son was using it and as he was want for the timer he was lightly pushing the door open button. The door never opened as he was pressing lightly. All of a sudden, no power. Try unplugging and plugging back but nothing. Oh well, I guess nowadays we expect things to last a long time but those days are over. At the end of the day it cost us less than $1 a day to use it. Time to get a new one. Stay Safe!

I like the microwave. It’s not as loud as my old microvawe and heats things up well. I gave it four stars because I don’t like the way the “opening” button feels.

This microwave works way better than our previous one. Not to mention it has tons of space to heat up a packed plate. Food is hot in minutes. Absolutely love it!
