Had read some not so great reviews on here, but there were many more positive reviews. It had everything I wanted except for a turntable on off switch, but it hasn’t seemed to make a difference. Great size for some of the things that I need to put in it. So far have had no trouble at all. Attractive unit. And the little chime it plays at the end of a cycle does not bother me at all, I rather think it is kind of cute. However, it seem to bother other people. LOL

Good size and powerful. The buttons to open the door and to start it are a little finicky, they have to be pressed on just the right spot (the left side)

The settings are so easy to use. This microwave is also extremely quiet.

Microwave was hard to find but Best Buy had it. Ordered it and picked up the same day. Microwave is nice sized and easy to use

Its modern and seems not to be glitchy. I like the setup and LED lighting. The control pad seems somewhat touch sensitive, which is taking a while to get used to. In addition, this is being used as a Communal Work microwave, and since the old one was 1650 watts, some ppl have complained that it doesn't heat food as quickly, especially if you use a glass microwaveable container. It is between 1.2-1.35KW, which is decent, but isn't gonna work as fast as a stronger one. However, it IS good overall, and I like the modernist feel to it.

I bought this microwave to replace a Panasonic that finally quit working. I really like this microwave. Its controls are easy to use. I love the add 30 second button. I also really like the interior material. Its so easy to clean unlike my old Panasonic which took a lot of scrubbing. I read reviews that this microwave makes loud noises during operation but mine sounds completely normal to me. Its cooks as good as my old one so I'm very pleased with this microwave so far.

Easy to use and has a quick guide on the touch screen to help with cooking and thawing foods. Also an attractive appliance.

This has been an excellent microwave. The finish is beautiful and it cleans up very easily. The door is super easy to close, unlike our previous microwave, it takes a light touch. Speaking of light touch, the keyboard is sensitive enough that it feels like typing on your phone, very smooth and easy. It has plenty of power and just works. Love it.

Love the size of this microwave. It handles large dishes for family get togethers. Easy to use. Love the smart phone registration you do with your phone.

Biggest microwave I have seen. Super quiet and plays nice notification jingles - also cooks evenly.

This microwave replaced a Panasonic that lasted for years. I like this LG better. The LED lighting inside is awesome. I can see what is microwaving. The exterior and interior are easy to clean. The microwave appears to be built very well. It is a large microwave which is what we wanted. We needed to fit a 9x11 glass baking dish on the carousel without hitting the sides. This fits the bill! Operation is quiet and the soft dinging bell at end of cycle is pleasant. I am not disappointed!!
