The perfect size! Love how fast it heats everything

We love this microwave. There are no push buttons and no plastic over buttons, it is more of a hard touch panel and all you need do is pass your finger tip over it. Also the light goes out on its own if the door is left open. It will sound several time as a reminder to let you know it is complete with its cycle. Cooks very evenly as well. Has lots of neat settings and such.

This is a fine microwave. The door opens by push button which is the only feature I don't care for. It doesn't require a lot of thought to start it. One option is to simply punch in the numbers and set the start button. I like that, very simple. We researched online before going to the store to purchase. That cut our "in store" time down quite a bit. It has a turntable and is easy to clean. It has plenty of power for our needs.

This is a large microwave, so be sure to measure your space. I did not account for the door, so the microwave hangs off the edge of the my built-in platform. Works well but smudges show quite easily. If it's a concern, the smaller model has the keypad on the inside.

Our Panasonic inverter microwave gave us a few good years of service and one day decided to retire without notice. I searched around the Internet comparing models, prices and reviews. I decided to get this LG model and it works great. Some have complained about the chimes it produces but I don't mind it. My only complaint is that the unit does not have rubber feet. We have a granite counter top, so when ever we have to open the door it slides back against the wall. Other than that, we are completely satisfied with this microwave.

Good cooking!! QUIET...Big enough to cook a meal... .

I've had this microwave for about 2 months and I've tried to like it but just can't. It's sleek and modern looking, but that's where my love stops. Disappointingly, my 15 year old GE microwave (also 1200W) heated faster than this one does. Then we come to the control panel where this unit just becomes infuriating. It simply won't accept rapid input, you have to put a pause between numbers or it just ignores you. I contacted LG and they claim this is by design. If it was their design intent to annoy customers, then they succeeded brilliantly. Then their 'quick start' buttons like popcorn don't actually start. You still need to hit start (after the obligatory pause between button pushes). Lastly, LG only offers a 30" trim kit for this not a 27" which is a very common size for microwave cabinets. If I hadn't already purchased an aftermarket trim kit this microwave would have been returned or thrown off a bridge.

This thing is a beast. It ha s a huge capacity and heats food fast. Two issues: the alert sound at the end of the cooking cycle is an annoying song that can not be turned off. Second, the start button takes a lot of pushing to get it to respond sometimes.

Great product. Very large. I absolutely hate the sound that plays to let you know the microwave has timed out. And it will continue to play the musical sound every minute or so until you remove the heated item.

As I wrote above, I love everything about this microwave. It’s easy to operate, cleans easily, very quite, and worth every penny!

Good Microwave with some nice features, but at the end of the day it's a microwave, not much else to say. It's been working fine for over 2 years now without any issues.

Love this microwave, it is so spacious and very well lit inside. It also is very easy to clean. I like how it plays a little time when it is done.

This microwave has a clean design and heats up food rather quickly. Even plays a tune when ur food is done, lol.

We were moving to VA & needed another microwave. I really wanted one with some power, size & style too. I searched around & found this awesome LG - 2.0 Cu. Ft. Stainless Steel Microwave at Best Buy and the price was right $188. I also was very happy with the service I received at the Roanoke, Va store... I highly recommend this microwave & it has a nice dinging sound when your food is ready too, very pleasant!

but that music ugh...if you don't like your appliances singing at you do not buy this. Ended up being bigger than I wanted which reduces the heating effectiveness some but otherwise happy with how it heats and it is easy to clean. Keypad sometimes doesn't register fingers. For the price I expected a little better quality.

Needed a large size, price, looks, ease of use fit the bill

We love our new LG microwave. The sweet chimes rather than loud buzzers is appreciated. The unit was easy for the family to learn to use. I don’t care for the grey interior. White was brighter and would allow you to see how your food is cooking easier. I’m so done with grey everything, and inside the microwave it was not helpful. Otherwise, it cooks great and is easy to use!
