Really like this microwave and it was a perfect fit for the opening we had in the cabinet. Something to consider, and recommendations for the vendor, the chime that it creates when the food is done is a bit annoying and you should have the ability to either change it or disable it altogether. Another thing that should be addressed is that the number/menus is all touch sensitive but can sometimes be difficult to register your touch.

I have owned Kenmore large family microwaves for years. I decided to buy this LG microwave when my Kenmore microwave stopped working after 10 years. I am so glad I did! I love the sensor cooking. It takes the guess work out of reheating leftovers from the fridge. It is so quiet for heating late night snacks. The soft digital music instead of the loud beeping is a really nice added touch. It was a blessing to have this microwave for helping to reheat Thanksgiving leftovers!

Works great and the little chime is very cheery. It's good that it is, as there is no way to turn it off. In fact it is used to confirm that commands have been entered. It also goes off in ~1 minute intervals to remind you that your food is done. That's a big plus for the cup of coffee that I heated and forgot about. The inside is darkish grey, and I would prefer it to be lighter. But it works great, so that's a minor thing.

This very efficient microwave is everything as advertised being one of the best microwaves made. I couldn't have made a better choice. It fits perfectly into my kitchen and I think I chose the best microwave made today.

Replaced with an LG microwave purchased 8 years ago. Perfect balance of size and performance. Easy to operate. Highly recommmended.

Love my new microwave by LG. Quick easy to keep clean also the front panel design. Great add to my other LG products.My only complaint is no availability to change to sound it makes when done. Our phones have apps to change sounds it would be great to have a few options to change the melody it plays when done. Thanks!!

BestBuy's overnight free delivery is wonderful. I have used many brands of microwave ovens (Panasonic, GE, Sharp, Toshiba, and Kenmore), this LG microwave has the best technology out there. The reason for so many brands is that they don't last. Usually after 1 year (long enough for warranty to expire), the microwave circuitry breaks down. The longest lasting one is the Kenmore Elite (4 years in operation), but the latest version with the same model number does not work the same in Sensor Reheat. The most impressive feature of this LG microwave is the touch screen-like buttons. A gentle touch will get it going. The interior uses LED Light; thus, it has a dim white light instead of yellow light. The fan is relatively quiet. I was concerned about its 24" width; but it fits on my countertop alright. The door swings open to the left. Also, the vent is on the left wall of the microwave. It plays a gentle tune when the food is done. I like the stainless steel outer surface. I like the interior dark gray color (dirt resistance). The interior surface is easy to clean. As for the bad stuff so far: 1) Sensor Cook setting does not have one to reheat canned soup perfectly. When using SR-1 setting, it under-heats the chicken noodle soup. I had to add an extra minute to it. The SR-2 setting appears to be too strong. 2) Defrost does not work well. Following instructions, it picked Defrost setting 2 and entered the weight. It started to cook the chicken on the edges instead of defrosting the chicken. Based on the cooking smell, I had to stop the defrost. Reliability of this unit is unknown. I have low expectations (based on how microwave ovens are built nowadays). If it lasts 2 years, I will be happy!

I can not even explain how HUGE the inside of this is. We got it to match our LG fridge. The black stainless on the microwave is not as dark as the fridge. It performs perfectly

Made a wise decision in investing in a smart logic microwave. Never knew they existed. Easy to use and very reliable when reheating food. Haven't yet tried cooking food.
