Purchased the unit in 2023 with a warranty. The magnetron failed while cooking Salmon. Took it back and BB under the GSP wanted to send it out for repair leaving us without the use of one. May take up to 2 weeks to get it back

I was okay getting a smaller one than what I originally wanted, but it works. All those crazy ones with having to weigh everything are awful. The only thing I wish is that the keypad lighted up. Mine is in a cabinet and I need to use a flashlight to see it.

I have had it for around 1 month so far and I am very pleased with it. It heats items in half the time as the microwave I owned before it, and food is heated evenly and all the way through. I would definitely recommend it.
