The 10 year warranty only covers the magnetron part of which you still have to have it installed. I’ve been unable to get either BB or LG to agree to send me the pet so I can do the work myself. I would not recommend this item.

Better than buying a built in wall unit. Buying the trim kit to make it look complete. Unfortunately, trim kit costs as mush as mircowave.

Good Microwave

It does take up a lot of counter space but it looks nice. Everything heats up quickly and there is plenty of space inside. Comparing to my old microwave, it does its job faster and the beeping is quite pleasant.

The only thing I don't like about it is it doesn't have rubber pads so it slides around sometimes on the countertop.

It's sleek and looks nice - definitely prefer the GE song when somethings is done, vs GE's loud beep. I wish it had more express modes, but otherwise microwave functions well. It's quite large and definitely like the balance of the glass trey inside (vs. GE's). We also purchased the trim kit - that was a HUGE pain to install.
