Worth the money, heats extremely well. Very spacious, simple and the sounds are pleasant instead of annoying

Works great and fits my needs, however the door release button broke after a year.

My wife put one of those rice neck warmer things in the microwave for “like 30 seconds” and it caught on fire. I had to go shop for a microwave and found this one on sale. They didn’t have a floor model, presumably because it was a clearance item, but it is bigger then I thought.

Sooo....its big and what my boyfriend wanted but omg...didnt realize how powerful it is, weve basically figured out how tonrime things so oir food doesnt burn, bit we love it ans have no provlems with it

Perfect fit for my existing built in oven. Overcooks some so lower suggested times.

It works very well. The sensor reheat is surprisingly effective. The EasyClean feature makes a real difference, too. I was delightfully surprised to find that the microwave doesn't beep like a regular microwave; it plays little songs, and it uses different ones for the timer, the cook ending, and the reminder (if you leave something in after it finishes cooking.)

Had this oven for a year, and so far so good! Does everything like it should! It makes a little chime when it's done, which I like. Very easy to clean. It gets a lot of abuse from a large family.

This microwave works really well , easy to clean and heats the food in seconds .

I used this with a trim kit to make it look like a built-in. It sucks that the trim kit cost almost as much or more than the microwave but together they were still half the cost of an actual built-in. First time doing this for the built-in look and it took a while to figure out the bottom piece for the kit but when all said and done looks great. Haven't tried all the features yet but so far we like the microwave. Oh yeah, it's big. Love that.

I like how easy the control pads are to operate and the ease of opening and closing the door. It replaces a 10 year -old unit, hope this one lasts as long. I do wish the automatic cook settings were easier to figure out.

I've used it for over a year now. Overall it's good. However, I don't like a couple of things. 1. it seems very sensitive to high power use. When some other kitten applicant is being used on the same power line, it makes annoying noise and shuts down. Then it need to reset clock and it makes annoying noise again when it's back. 2. After it's done heating up the the food, it keeps beeping if you don't press "Stop" or take food out. Sometimes you just don't get it it right the way, then it keep making that annoying noise to "remind" you. Some people may not care, but I found it's VERY annoying.

I like the inverter technology and the power output. Its Large and does a good job. The touch panel is intuitive and easy to use. Good looking in our home. The only gripe is that the open mechanism tends to fail after 2-3 years of use. This is our 2nd purchase of this model. We liked it overall so we bought a second one.

Awesome. Thisis my2nd microwave I have had to purchase. I love it because it is big enough for my family (five grown children with significant others, grandchildren etc.) This is a big microwave and will use a lot of counter space, I bought additional storage unit to put it on.

Love this microwave! It's another LG appliance we've added to our home appliance collection by LG. This microwave has a chime when food is done, rather than the usual obnoxious tone like other models. It is spacious so you can put large containers of food in it or several smaller containers in it at the same time. I like the sensor reheat features as well as the fact that it has ample lighting inside. Very pleased with this purchase.
