After 20 years our previous microwave died and this beautiful microwave came to the rescue. Perfect size replacement and cooks even better than the last one!

Does not have a lot of bells and whistles, but I like it anyway. Never did use all the options on my old microwave, It is quiet and intuitive. It has a grey interior so it is not as bright when it is on as they indicate online. I think if the interior was lighter in color then it would be brighter and easier to see what is cooking. Bought the stainless, stainless on the front and grey metal elsewhere.

I had already owned this microwave in the regular stainless and it died after around 5 years. My first microwave I owned lasted 20 years I know things aren’t made to last as long toda or it was a fluke but I loved this one I had already owned before it’s large rounded in back holds larger and higher items so i rebought it. A few little changes but so far love the black version better

We bought this microwave to replace an old microwave ( different brand ) that had slightly more power and were we surprised!!! This unit cooks faster and more evenly than the last product, so don't be fooled, you might need to dial back the cook times. Super easy to use and the 30 second per touch on the start button is great and quick...GO LG!!!

Great microwave. Works well. Pretty simple to use. I recommend buying the warranty just because our previous version of this microwave died suddenly after 2 years. No trouble though because we had the warranty. The tune it plays is more charming in my opinion, but it does not let you forget somethings in the microwave. When this one dies, I will buy another, hopefully it will take a long time.

My old microwave worked great up until the door latch broke. Upon reading reviews on other microwaves I found out that this was a common problem with this brand. I had to throw away a perfectly good microwave because of a broken door latch. While reading reviews on microwaves I found out that there is a lot of junk on the market right now. Spend a little time doing research, you won't regret it. This microwave had good reviews and it had all the bells and whistles on it that I wanted. Some reviewers complained about the musical tones it plays when it is done but I don't find them objectionable at all. My only problem that I have with this one is that it has several levels of sensor reheat. I'm having a little trouble remembering which sensor level goes with what kind of food but that is just a learning process for me. I don't find that it is a detraction from the usability of the microwave. All in all, I like it very much.

I purchased this item to replace my old built in GE1860 microwave which died and could not be fixed by home warranty. After doing a lot of research on dimensions from different vendors I found this model to be a close fit. This LG microwave fit right into existing GE JX1830 trim kit. Did not require any modification. Happy with this purchase.

Great microwave. Easy to use and clean. Several cooking options. Large capacity. Only flaw is the small bar you push to open the door - I usually have to push it hard enough that it also moves the microwave.
