Nice microwave very roomy for large family and looks nice

I have owned this microwave for almost 2 years now. It has been used almost every day and continues to work perfectly. The microwave was much larger than I had expected, and takes up lots of counter space, but the extra capacity is very convenient.

I was replacing another LG microwave which I had had and been using daily for the last twelve years. This one is somewhat larger, which may come in handy, and has some noticeable updated technology. I look forward to this machine outlasting me, thanks BestBuy!

This LG replaced an old Panasonic Microwave at our company. The size of the inside of the LG Microwave is deceivingly much bigger than the impression the outside footprint gives, it cooks items very evenly and faster and finally Best Buy had a great sale price that could not be beat. (But in hindsight... would still have bought at the normal price and recommend) Thumbs UP.

This microwave is truly the best one we've ever had! Not only does it look great, but it's also large enough to defrost a turkey! It is so powerful that it cuts down on cooking time and kick as_ for cooking popcorn fast without burning it. It cooks corn on the cob, potates, vegetables, and everything else perfectly and quickly. I whole heartedly reccommend this microwave to anyone!

Loving the microwave thus far (bought in early Dec. of 2019). I use the sensor for reheating food and it works flawlessly. Used it once to thaw about 1 pound of ground beef and it didn't cook it, it was still cold to the touch. The sound alert that something is done is a nice touch and will sound again a minute or so later if you haven't removed the item. My only gripe is that the start button is finicky, sometimes it take a light swipe of the finger, sometimes not. Sometimes a poke w/ the finger works, sometimes not. It can get frustrating when it chooses to be stubborn. The stainless steel claim is false, magnets stick to it and yet it still shows finger prints just like stainless steel. The darker interior may prove problematic to see any bits of food should I forget to keep[ the food covered. Oh, and LG might consider putting some rubber pads/feet on the bottom to keep it from sliding on the countertop due to it's lighter weight than my dead Sharp.

The microwave was excellent. Much lighter than the one we were replacing. Very basic but excellent design. The door latching system seems a little light duty but overall it looks great and fits the stove opening perfectly.

We have had ours for some time now. It is full of power and really does cook things done with a minimum of moving around. As some others have stated the ONLY yelp we have is the dadfrabbed chime that will NOT shut up at the end of the cook until you open the door. Gotta get that door open to shut the thing up. Why would LG do that? And strictly for LG....an aesthetic. The dark theme is great but I would have differentiated the start button...highlighted it a bit, as it's basically invisible unless the kitchen is really bright. Else...the control buttons.... the slightest whiff of a touch...a gentle caress by the fingertip will activate. That's nice!

This LG microwave is a good one for the price. Looks good, heats well, does the job!

All in all I like this microwave. I am a heavy user and the button to open the door broke after a few months. But the unit fit perfectly where my 15 yo built in was so all in all I am happy. I have taped a sharpy pen to a rubber band to the unit and use that to press the button to open the door now. Works for me.

It’s awesome it heats fast and is not laud and it has a nice ring when is ready.

Simplified controls but tons of settings behind the scenes. Really appreciate the sensor reheat and sensor cook settings. Makes heating food easy.

This is the first microwave that I have owned that truly defrosts meat. The presets listed on the inside of the door help too. It is nice and large. It can easily fit a casserole dish. The chime that some reviewers complained about is a pleasant sound to me. So far this microwave does everything that I had hoped.

This is the nicest microwave we’ve owned. It’s easy to use, easy to clean and looks good; on our counter. It cooks and reheats equally well. Those statements mean a lot; considering our first microwave was purchased more than 45 years ago. Ordering from Best Buy was easy and delivery was made unbelievably fast.
