Great Microwave! Watch the sensor cooking and defrost, times maybe a little longer then necessary, especially on defrost. Other then that we are extremely happy with this purchase .

Great microwave, used to replace a thermadore unit in a built in oven. The thermadore version is 10x the cost…so this was an epic win for me.

Works great I would buy again, Giancarlo the sales person at our Beat buy was awesome to deal with. The microwave he recommended was perfect.

Only reason im not giving 5 stars is because the Best Buy specs state you can turn off the turntable. You cannot according to LG

Great Microwave. Worked great for about three years. Tried to replace it with the same when it finally died, but, all BB had was opened boxed returns which we discovered were broken returns. Would Buy again if nre ones were still being made.

2/2 of this product bought from Bestbuy store are defective. The first one was not functional at first power on. Display was "door". The second one misses a rubber tip on one of the legs (see the picture). Not stable on the counter. Like the product and still have it, but would recommend it only when the outgoing quality testing/inspection is improved. I am happy with Bestbuy service. I had no trouble when brought the first defective one to the store and requested for an exchange.

Microwave works great I had a older verison of this one so I upgraded to I newer one stainless and iam loving it so it goes with my LG appliance in kitchen iam LG everything stainless in kitchen

installed it to replace on old GE profile on a built-in stainless steel. it fits and have saved us at least few hundred bucks. not to mention this is an inverter technology which saves electricity but has more power

Great microwave for the price. I was forced to buy this model because my old model was this size and I needed it to fit. But the microwave works great and I have no complaints.

Performance is better than expected. Sensor heat is wonderful and thaw mode is better than any previous oven.

Very happy with the extra money spent on this unit. It feels solid, and interior is spacious and easy to clean. It is definitely NOT fingerprint proof though. The look is sleek with the matching (but ridiculously expensive) frame.

Very Sleek and Quiet, Only time it’s loud is when you can hear the Timer go off. Highly Recommend!

This microwave was worth the bang for the buck so far.. love the subtle tune it plays when your food is ready. Pretty quiet while heating up food. A little buzzed rn so u know this review is an honest one. lol p.s. Buy/HODL AMC

Solid unit for the price. The touch buttons are not as responsive as I’d like but you get used to them quickly.
